❔ Need help Sdi

When I call the SDI it say payment has been approved just needed more information also got a letter in the mail to send or upload a copy of the birth certificate. I uploaded a copy of my son’s Birth certificate on to the browsers twice now. What am I missing.

If you did everything it asked and read the page after submitting it says how long it takes the process

This does not update immediately. It can take up to 10 days to update

Sometimes you got to call but they don’t always answer but they will just keep calling my wife and I called 30+ times tell we got threw and explain to them your situation and they can fix it on the spot
