It's just a trend or fad. In a couple years something else will be popular and guys will be wondering why they all have the new design. Same thing as how tramp stamps for women were all popular for a while or barbed wire armbands for men.

🤣barbed wire tattoos! I’m hoping it’s just that. I just have some stories/experience with sex workers being branded with tattoos by mafia from all my travels around the world. So just wondering if it’s something like that.

Yeah it's not a trafficking brand. I've been to a few spots they were definitely trafficked but never on 6. Worst there is family obligation pressure to make money for them.
