Sweet Potatoes
Three 10 gallon grow bags yielded 28 lbs of sweet potatoes. About half a dozen in the 3 lb range. Best harvest of three years trying to grow.
Question: can I freeze as is or should I cook them somehow before freezing?

I would probably blanch then freeze, personally. It's supposed to help with color and texture like other vegetables. But if you plan on using them in a soup or something then the color doesn't matter so cute and freeze 'em!
