I used to buy beef from someone I know who butchers their own cows but they don’t do it anymore, anyone know someone that does ?

My 7 month old puppy has a recessed vulva according to the doctor at VCA Animal Hospital. She gets at least 1 uti per month. The urine analysis costs $130 plus antibiotics around $40 plus another urinalysis a week later to see if the antibiotics worked. Sometimes $250 for urine culture.

I am going broke. They said she can get a surgery after her first heat cycle and see if it helps. But I’m spending around $350 to $400 a month on her UTI since May.

We have been giving her cranberry chews, wiping that area, changed her diet. Nothing has helped so far. I do have pet insurance but since it’s a congenital condition, they consider it pre existing and won’t cover it.

Does anyone know of an affordable vet in this area? Cape coral, bonita, Punta Gorda, Naples are fine as well.
