It was snowing so hard that day and the ground was COVERED in snow, I couldn’t even read it at first. The paper was soaking wet but it dried beautifully

I found this paper a couple of years back and forgot all about it. I found it again when cleaning the truck out.

I'm near a school, could have been a student. Looks nice but unfinished.
