Help Hide part of a chat message/ability

I was building an encounter and something came up.

I wanted to show the players an ability the monster had, but not all of it. I needed parts of it to be hidden until they use a Study action or something similar.

For example, the Pest Mascot has the Regenerator trait, but I don't want to show how to circumvent it, so it would show up like this:
Regeneration. The pest regains 5 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. If it takes fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the pest's next turn.

And of course, I would need a quick way to enable the hidden information to be shown.

Is there a mod or a workaround for that?

If this is D&D5e there's a setting in the core module. It's something like "Hide NPC chat cards from players"

But wouldn't it hide the whole card altogether? I wanted to hide a section of it.

In busy rn so I cant look it up, but you can use the secret tag in the description to hide it. Not 100% sure if it's revealable to players or not

You can edit the chat description field of the feature.
