Help Requested - and apologies if this has been explained to death.

So Frasier flew to Chicago to be with Charlotte, or to tell Charlotte of his feelings?

It seems like he could have gone to tell her how he felt, and still kept the new job in Frisco.

I always interpreted it to this way, that he simply went to pursue her/declare his intentions for her. I believe i am right because on the revival, he is in Frisco, so obviously he did not 'move to Chicago'.

I was watching some comedy show cold open skits about Kavanaugh over the past couple of years and something funny occurred to me that links into Frasier.

Are Kirby’s friends “Scoogie” and “Faat Tyler” also friends with Kavanaugh’s friends “PJ” and “Tobin” and “Squee”?

Why was Niles ex wife Mel's Son only come up the first time they met, then never to mention him again.. I hate when forget what they wrote & want us to forget too lol.

This woman (with and without her laundry) went up and down the Elliott Bay Towers lift so often, she got all the "tea" on what was going on in Daphne's life! lol!!!

Any of you ever been in a similar situation to "Nosey Neighbour"?

I get that it's just a show and we need Daphne in it, so I'm not complaining. But Martin seems to be "recovered" throughout the whole run of the series. He has a minor limp that never changes, but he moves about just fine. Would he actually need regualr physical therapy in real life in this state? Just curious...I don't know anything about physical therapy.

I don’t really get why they decided to give away the punchline in the very first scene. The entire episode builds up to the final joke but they’ve already shown us what it’s going to be in the first 10 seconds

What other moments are purely Martin?

I think most of us can agree that Frasier is incredible comfort-TV. So much so that there is a subreddit dedicated to those who like to fall asleep with Frasier in the background (r/frasier_sleepers). The sets, the sounds, the general feel of the show is so...cozy!

So, in your opinion, which is the coziest episode? Which episode would be your first choice to calm you down after a stressful day?

Been going through a tough time recently and watching Frasier is the only time when I feel at peace. It's honestly therapeutic - especially "War of the Words" is my favourite episode as I had a similar experience like Niles did. The best part is the little talk Niles has with Fredrick in the kitchen.

I initially watched Cheers & Frasier 11 years ago in college (I lived on Beacon Street then as well, popped into the actual bar and everything) so it's wonderful to remember all the amazing jokes, truly the best written sitcom by far. I don't know if I'd rewatch Cheers anytime soon though, it needs a different headspace imo

Just watched the scene where Martin is talking to Roz’s daughter about death and she asks him how old Eddie is and he says ten. After they leave he calls over Eddie and gives him a hug and a kiss because he realizes his dog is getting older and won’t be there someday. It’s such a touching scene.
