Does anyone have recommendations for a furniture store in the DFW area that sells quality brand leather sofas? Looking to buy a new one and would appreciate any suggestions!

I'm debating between a sofa with a chaise and a sofa with an ottoman. I need something that'll allow me to put my leg up when needed. Has anyone regretted a sofa with a chaise? Any thoughts btwn which style to choose? Ty.

I've been dreaming of having a comfy recliner like my grandad had since I moved out of my parents house, and I think it's finally time. I was looking at Lazeboy stuff, but I've heard in recent years they've gone down in quality a lot and people mostly seem to recommend avoiding them. I want something I could fall asleep in, aeshetics is secondary.

I'm in Chicago so I have physical store options I think, but online is probably my go to because transportation is a hassle.

Looking for a decent sleeper sofa (3 person couch) <2k USD, US. Bottom should be mostly covered otherwise my rabbit will keep going inside (which he does right now).

I am hoping to get something decent in that price range during labor day sale. Sad part is whatever model I find, upon googling reviews I only find negative ones for pretty much all of them :P

I'm looking for a couch that is like this one; the La-Z-Boy Armitage line.

Because of the space I'm putting it, the lay flat headrest is the must have feature I am looking for.

I can spend $3,000 maybe even $3,500 on a couch, but I can't justify the $4,300 this one is at stock and getting it in a pet friendly fabric would push it up to $5,400.

I cannot find any other couch with this combination of features.

My wife and I are building a new home and are looking for recommendations for reclining sectionals. We went to a La-Z-Boy showroom and liked what we saw/sat in but after reading reviews realized we should steer clear of them. I particularly liked the zero gravity recline and would strongly prefer it, but it’s not a requirement if reliable manufacturers don’t use it. Our budget is \~10k. What are the highest recommended brands in that price range? We’re in central Ohio, if that helps.

I am looking for a new couch and really liked the Macy's Radley Fabric 4-piece sectional sofa. Unfortunately, I live in a NYC walkup and Macy's will not deliver up the number of flights that I have.
Can anyone recommend a comparable couch in seat depth, removable and reversible cushions? Ideally one that is under $2,500 (or a company that has good sales we could take advantage of). We loved the corner piece to curl up in, but we do not need an L-shaped couch if it is not this one - a standard 3 seater would be fine. We do not have any pets but are expecting our first baby this fall. We like the standard style of the Radley but are also open to something more modern. We would love to be able to test a couch in person in NYC or a larger store in NJ or CT over ordering something site unseen online. We have looked at Raymour and Flanigans but nothing really called out to us, but are open to that if people can recommend a specific model. Thank you in advance!

*Note - I am 3 stories up, but Macy's counts each "flight" by the landings. Each of my buildings stories has 2 flights as the stairs have a landing and a turn between each floor. That would make it 6 flights per their policies and they will only take it up 5 flights. I spoke to someone on the CS team, and they also will not deliver it to the front of the building where I could have other movers carry it upstairs. They will only deliver it to the residence if it is within the 5 flights.

Looking for a bar cabinet that is 32-36" wide and about 75 or so inches tall. Similar to or exactly like this Hooker. Any ideas where I might look? I've scoured all the resale shops around Houston and I check Marketplace and Craigslist daily with no luck. Are there other online sites i can try? Or if you know of a brick & mortar spot, I'm willing to travel a couple hundred miles for the right one. I don't want to down more than $500. The cabinet in the photo was $300. Thanks!

Spry furniture and ET woodcrafts; has anyone ordered with them? They make some stunning pieces for a good price however with how easy it is to use AI and make a website I’m leery of ordering. Spry seems to have good ish reviews on trust pilot. But I don’t see anyone on Reddit talking about them.
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to order furniture like this in the US? Even overseas in Vietnam or china? Just looking for a trustworthy source.

Hi everyone! My grandfather, a picky man, is looking for a bistro set to replace the one that he currently has. He wants it to be the same size and style as most bistro sets, he wants it to have a mosaic on the table and on the seat of the chairs, like the one he has. He also wants 4 chairs. However, what is making it difficult in our search is that he wants it to be heavy. We live in the northeast and he doesn't want to have to move it inside during windy periods. Most of the ones we have found are skinny legged and while they may be heavy, we aren't certain.

We have looked online and seen ones from Ace Hardware and Home Depot. We would try these first if there aren't other good recommendations. We have also seen Wayfair, Temu, etc but don't particularly trust those sites. We are okay with purchasing online but would prefer somewhere in person. We are in New England: CT, RI, MA area.

I do not have the exact inches we are looking for, but from our search, looks like 27" would be good for the table top, but open to wiggle room. Budget $1000.

Anyone have something similar, or know where to look? Thanks!

I’m looking to find the best modular couch preferably under $1000 could possibly spend a little more. The couch that I have now is just a regular sectional and it’s about 86 x 86 and I think it’s very good for my living room.

I want a modular couch that is basically three cushions and three cushions to make kind of like a rectangle because I will be having someone staying and sleeping on it for a long time and I want to have very nice cushions feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. A few couches that met what I was looking for are either way more expensive or it’s a material that pills and pulls easily and I don’t wanna have to fabric shave the couch.

Are there others I should be looking at? This set is pretty pricey, but I’m hoping it will last a while and looks pretty nice overall compared to all the other bulkier more traditional stuff being sold.

For decades I had passed by the fancy Restoration Hardware stores and thought, "oh, I'd love to be able to afford that one day." And now I can afford it and purchased an Arles extendable dining table. I just want to add to the internet that RH quality does not at all match their marketing, at least for this table.

I'm currently on replacement table number two, waiting for replacement table number three. The first table arrived with splintering wood at two of the corners where the legs meet the tabletop. The second table wouldn't latch closed, which the tech (another appointment) said was due to the wood being warped.

I also ordered a Bezier sideboard, which arrived in better condition. There was some janky hardware and door alignment, but the delivery guys took care of it when I pointed it out.

Are these RH problems due to the fact they manufacture overseas and have to ship everything across the ocean? I don't know. But my North Carolina Room and Board furniture didn't have the same problems. Maybe the interstate truck drive is gentler on heavy pieces than the ocean?

Anyway, at least all of that margin goes into hiring a lot of store reps, who have been good about scheduling replacements with essentially all-day delivery appointments.

Dear RH--I wish:

1. You would invest more in the quality of your products
2. You would inspect the cheaply made ones when they come off the boat
3. Inspect them again before making your delivery people carry them up the stairs

For those that have purchased a dream sofa couch, which comfort type did you choose? Could you describe it and how has it been?

We were in a furniture row store yesterday, looking for a double recliner. The La Z Boys they had were fine, but to order without the center console were a several month wait. We liked another we tried, using a left and right reclining sectional piece. It felt smooth and solid, seating surface was comfortable. Staff says Kuka was the manufacturer. I only found three recent reviews with two very negative, but not for power reclining. The mechanism really felt solid and smooth. The salesperson said that Kuka was making furniture for La Z Boy over a decade ago and basically started duplicating the work for themselves. Any ideas or experiences?

I'm still using my Floyd bed frame from 2018, work great if you ask me. At the time i didn't get the headboard though also lucky i didn't because I've been reading people complain about shifting and creaking.

In 2025 they released an update to the headboard with new locking mechanism. I couldn't find any pros/cons. Anyone have experience with it?

I’m in the process of researching a couch for the main living room in my house. I have looked at dozens and facing a lot of difficulty in choosing an option. I’m looking for a sectional and it must have a chaise lounge.

Ideally, I would love a couch that lasts a full decade. I’m hoping to not spend more than $6k on it. I’ve looked at so many options from the R&B Metro, C&B axis, west elm options as well as cheaper ones like the Macy’s Radley and Costco options.

Ultimately, I stumbled upon What A Room bc they use 2.5 lb density foam, kiln-dried solid hardwood, and reinforced spring support, which all seem to be signs of a heavy duty couch.

The issue is that I am too far from the showroom to ever try one of these and I’m scared to drop this much on a couch I’ve never seen or felt in person.

Does anyone have a couch from here that has lasted at least 5 years? Would love to hear about the pros and cons of it all. I am also looking for a firm couch so would love to understand peoples opinions on medium vs firm level of firmness.

The sofa we have in our living room is huge. It’s probably bigger than most beds (300cm x 170 cm). I actually hate how it looks, we almost sold it a couple of weeks ago, but it’s extremely comfortable so I couldn’t let it go (for now).

We currently don’t have any coffee table because of the comically big size of the sofa, but that means that we don’t have any place for a drink or snack, which can be especially bad when you invite someone over.

So my question is, does this place absolutely require a coffee table? If yes, do you have any suggestions on the type? And is the sofa extremely horrible considering the size of the room? I need a push to either keep it and get over it or get rid of it.

I reluctantly purchased a cloud about a year ago and had hurt my back like a week after and haven't sat in it since. I can't get out of this style cushion and am coming to terms this thing might not actually sell on Market place.

Has anyone here had this thing and swapped out the cushions? Filled them with something more comfortable and supportive?

I'm in Atlanta, GA, and I'm looking into getting a PC and monitor (maybe 27 in) soon, so I've been looking for a new desk for my room. I've only been able to look online for now (Ashley, Wayfair, Best Buy, Walmart, Ikea, OfficeMax). I am open to any in-store suggestions.

I don't have much space to work with, and the desk I currently have is about 43-44 inches wide (I do not remember where I got it from), so I'm looking for something around the same size or smaller. My budget is $300

I need space to have the monitor and my laptop, as well as my mic and speakers, for work. I would like to have a keyboard tray and storage for notebooks, paper, pens, etc. Ideally, I would also have some space on top for my figurines. I have found a few desks that I like, but some other opinions would be nice. I really like the first two below, but they're from Walmart with no reviews, so I don't know whether to trust them.😭
