Only thing he can do now is leek the build. But that's least likely to happen.

If he's smart, he wouldn't do that.

If he did :

  1. He wouldn't be relevant anymore

  2. He would lose all the bargaining chip IF he gets caught

  3. Right now, he did minor damage with the leak. If he released the PC build, Rockstar would rain fire on him.

So getting off while he still can was the smart choice.

What are you talking about?
he already isn't relevant after he quit posting, if anything releasing the build will make him the most relevant leak in the entire gaming history.
and if rockstar could get him, he would already be caught, if he lives in russia he leak the entire build and still nothing will happen to him.

A beta leak vs a full working Spider Man 2 (PC) leak. "Entire gaming industry" seems a bit much

Dude this is fucking GTA 6 it’s not Spider-Man 2, the “size” of a leak isn’t about the completeness of the build it’s about how relevant the game is to its time. Half-Life 2’s beta leak is still a conversation topic to this day despite the game being “a beta” because it was a highly anticipated game at the time. GTA 6 is going to be the largest game ever, definitely in sales and possibly in actual game density. A PC playable beta build of the game, even a few years old, would cement cyberleek as the most notorious leaker of all time for sure

I thought people like you wouldn't understand my point and ofcourse as always.. it turns out to be true.

The leak on Spiderman 2 caused Sony disruption in potential sales. GTA 6 is a big game.. sure.. but even if the build was leaked, people would definitely buy the game as the leaked build is NOT a complete build.

If he had the EXACT build which R* would launch on Steam, Then yes, it is a massive leak as it WILL cause a dent in sales.

If that is your point then you’re talking past us. You can’t just decide you mean something else by “massive leak” than everyone so that you’re right and everyone else is wrong. You can’t really quantify what percentage of sales would or wouldn’t be lost from a GTA 6 leak but if there is a decently playable build out there it would be considered “the most massive leak of all time” due to the scale and relevance of the game.

You aren’t speaking facts man. In fact, calling GTA 6 the largest game of all time is objectively true? I guess something like Star Citizen if completed could theoretically be larger in scope and funding but like what else?

People like you say this shit all the time, you give some asinine opinion backed up by nothing and then say “I’m just speaking facts” as if it turns all the dribble that came out of your mouth into devastating truth

They didn't have a build. They just had access for a limited amount of time somehow. If you line up all the leaks into an order based off of location on the map, time of day and Jason's outfit its clear that they only had a singular play session.

I’m not sure they ever ‘had a build’ to leak.

I believe they had limited interactive access to the game and saved some clips, or worked with someone who did. And they had those clips for a bit.

Shooting ‘leek’ into a wall could have been recorded months ago for all we know. A bit of text saying ‘return to Lucia’ really only means that there’s text on the screen that says ‘return to Lucia’. He might not have possessed the ability to go beyond that mission at all.

Unrelated but I'm assuming your username means you like Magneto from Marvel. I heard rumors that since the Holocaust happened so long ago and that the new Magneto will be younger it wouldn't be possible for that to be his childhood trauma memory and they will choose something else. What are your thoughts on that?

They can make it a family trauma instead? Or it can be any traumatic experience in captivity (Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, or many of the other conflicts since).
