Hello I desperately need help, Ive bought Sim to Esim service via GlobeOne way back March 2026, and now its September 2026 yet the problem hasnt been solved!

Things Ive already done but didnt worked out for me:
- contacted the Globe Customer Service through their number and Messenger (this was going for months already and they would usually just say “please wait and check your email” but nope)
- emailed the NTC (they were given a deadline to act on it but it already been weeks haha)
- went to physical stores to get help yet all theyve ever done was to tell me to Chat Gigi or their Customer service via Messenger

What else can I do and Will i ever get a refund on that? I desperately need help on this, its been months reaching out but none of anyones suggestions arent helping me.

Is it normal that new Globe prepaid sims get single-stack IPv6 address? I just bought this last August.

I'm having issues using this new sim on a B535-932 modem using a Globe prepaid sim not working on online games and Netflix streaming due to IPv6 single-stack IP being thrown by Globe as can be seen in the Device Information menu. I have a B310-938As Globe modem which I could lock on to IPv4 WAN which works but much slower that the first modem.

Using my 8-year old TM sim gets an IPv4 only on the B535-932 modem but can't use this all the time as this is my main sim.

Anyone here who could shed light on this especially from Globe's backend?

The screenshot says everything; I can't get signal even though my mobile data is turned on, is this a location related issue? (I'm located in Cavite if that helps.) Sorry to bother guys it must be a pretty trivial issue but I've been having this problem for weeks at a time where the signal just randomly disappears.
