The screenshot says everything; I can't get signal even though my mobile data is turned on, is this a location related issue? (I'm located in Cavite if that helps.) Sorry to bother guys it must be a pretty trivial issue but I've been having this problem for weeks at a time where the signal just randomly disappears.

Is it normal that new Globe prepaid sims get single-stack IPv6 address? I just bought this last August.

I'm having issues using this new sim on a B535-932 modem using a Globe prepaid sim not working on online games and Netflix streaming due to IPv6 single-stack IP being thrown by Globe as can be seen in the Device Information menu. I have a B310-938As Globe modem which I could lock on to IPv4 WAN which works but much slower that the first modem.

Using my 8-year old TM sim gets an IPv4 only on the B535-932 modem but can't use this all the time as this is my main sim.

Anyone here who could shed light on this especially from Globe's backend?

Hello I desperately need help, Ive bought Sim to Esim service via GlobeOne way back March 2026, and now its September 2026 yet the problem hasnt been solved!

Things Ive already done but didnt worked out for me:
- contacted the Globe Customer Service through their number and Messenger (this was going for months already and they would usually just say “please wait and check your email” but nope)
- emailed the NTC (they were given a deadline to act on it but it already been weeks haha)
- went to physical stores to get help yet all theyve ever done was to tell me to Chat Gigi or their Customer service via Messenger

What else can I do and Will i ever get a refund on that? I desperately need help on this, its been months reaching out but none of anyones suggestions arent helping me.

Hi, I am having a very hard time installing my E-Sim on my Phone.

Context:

1. I converted my old number to an e-sim
   
2. I forgot to remove the sim on the other phone while it was installing,
   
3. however, before the process started I turned my other phone on Airplane Mode

Now, my sim won’t properly register and I’ve been attempting for thr last 3 hours :( HELP!

This is in Gumaca Quezon. They claim there's an outage in the area but the building next door that also uses globe wifi functions and has has no problems at all and then worst part is I sent a ticket for repair but it got delayed for 3 days and all I got was a phone call from an engineer who's in the next town over (2 hour drive)?

This has been more than a week now of the wifi not functioning at these times but coming back late at night

Kung ako lang ba na experience dito? My GFiber installation has already been delayed for 3 days. This is unfair to me as a consumer. I already paid for the installation through your website, and I was promised that the technician would arrive, but no one showed up.

I just wanna share yung tuwa ko (I guess) na NTC really pushes through with complaints.

For context, mag 2 months na din since nirequest ko through the GlobeONE app ang pagconvert ng physical prepaid sim ko to esim. Three times na sila nagbigay ng code pero pare pareho lang yung activation codes, and none worked

Anyone who’s gone through the same with Globe through NTC’s mediation channel? Insights would be appreciated

Anong problema ngayon sa Globe? Biglang nawalan ng internet kahapon up until now, kapag nag open sa app hindi naman pwede mag technician visit. Sa Viber hindi rin nila alam anong cause ng outage kahit timeframe kung kailan maayos wala man lang, mapa bot or agents nila walang maisagot. Hassle sa mga WFH and students grabe! May issue rin sila ng internet outage last last week lang yata.

Hi! I would like to ask regarding sa voucher codes expiration. Nag avail kasi ako ng gfiber postpaid and meron siyang kasama na P2000 worth of vouchers. Upon redemption yung disney plus voucher ang kinuha ko. 1 month each ang disney plus. For now, isang voucher palang ang na-aavail ko. May expiration po ba yung Disney plus codes na nakuha ko? Meron pa kasi akong codes na di nagagamit.

This month, after it expired, the option to swap data to app entertainment is greyed out. Any news about this or similar experience?

Hi! May promo ba sa Globe na pwedeng gamitin specifically for calling bank customer service hotlines/landlines?

I’ve been using my regular load whenever I call banks like Metrobank, RCBC, UnionBank, etc., and grabe, I’m already spending hundreds of pesos just waiting on hold and talking to customer service.

May Globe promo ba na may unlimited or cheaper calls to landlines/bank hotlines? Or any workaround para hindi regular load ang maubos every time?

Would appreciate recommendations, especially from Globe users who frequently call bank hotlines. Thanks!
