Question Does Dorothy/Lisa/Alice poison debuff affect dragon/dungeon or not?

Deck Help Hi I have 3k waves(estimated) what should I be focussing on

Hunter,dark bow archer, Giants, Edwards does the most damage all of them LV 300, my cc, buffs, and debuffs are LV 31-21 the rest LV 150+ what should I mainly focus on. And yes I'm using Devil horns +3 and I can manage it
