What does this mean

I have this problem for while now. I can't save my data to the server, I can't play dungeon, even open strange boxes and few features/gamemodes. I did redownload the game, connect to my wifi many times, uses vpn but nothing works. Is there any way to fix this?

Hunter,dark bow archer, Giants, Edwards does the most damage all of them LV 300, my cc, buffs, and debuffs are LV 31-21 the rest LV 150+ what should I mainly focus on. And yes I'm using Devil horns +3 and I can manage it

I use +2 skip on devil horn.

Why archer and castle same level?

I spent 1,200k+ on heroes but most of them accidentally goes into my castle.. but it's kinda good since the boss from wave skip can't reach my health yet.

Llegué a la ola 10000 pero ahora tengo dudas sobre que hacer ahora, estoy usando dh1 pero siento que va muy lento, debería subir la dificultad del devil horn o mantengo la dh1 para farmear gemas y subir las cosas al nivel 10000? Otra cosa más que quiero preguntar y es que ahora que he activado los nodos de la build Lighting que necesito, qué rama debería escoger como la siguiente y porqué, se me olvidó decir que no he activado aún TA ya que no me alcanzan aún los puntos necesarios.
