Need help.

2017 husky FX450. Cranks cylinder gets warm but never starts.
Bike was parked after needing new cams
We replaced all of the internal parts, piston included. Bike has good spark, fuel, and compression.
Replaced the coolant temp sensor as well.
Valves are in spec
Ignition timing is good.
New tps sensor
Checked gears in clutch side
Tried an different ecu as well
Timing has been verified, flywheel key checked. We have swapped various sensors from a fully working bike and nothing. It does not want to start.
It does occasionally pop out of the airbox when cranking. No codes

It ran once for 10 seconds before we had to shut it off because it didn’t have enough oil in it. Wouldn’t start again right after we topped it up.

Any help or insight would be amazing. I’ve pretty much run out of ideas on why it won’t run.

Try a new TPS.

Yeah we tried that, replaced it with a working one
