I’ve been hydrating wrong my entire life
I just came back from a failed doctors appointment. They missed my veins twice. Got asked if I’m drinking enough water and I said I was…
Now I know I wasn’t.
I’ve been drinking, or more like “chugging” around 500 ml of water every 6 hours. Now I heard I’m supposed to have tiny sips of water throughout the day, like, huh? No wonder everytime I drink water, after 10 minutes I’ve to hit the bathroom.
I never see people with bottles of water anywhere, casually sipping water every 10 minutes.
How do I hydrate!? If I drink too much at once, my body just filters it and to the toilet it goes. I can’t micromanage sips of water every 10 minutes. Is my bottle to blame? It’s a mizu aluminum one, nothing fancy.
I’m not here for the “why don’t you google” comments. I’m asking humans, not a machine, thank you. Yes I’m dumb, no need to call me out, thanks.
