Hello! I lost my instagram account a while ago because my old phone shut down with the 2FA on it. I have no idea how to get either back (if someone knows about 2FA stuff pls shoot me a dm but i've kinda given up hope with that..) anyway ive been trying to contact instagram support so i can explain the situation and verify in some other way but it seems like thats not an option anymore?? I just opened insta randomly just to find out that my account got suspended there is an appeal button i went through the steps and now they are asking for my id what could be the reason for my ban and should I give my id?
