Came across this team rocket mewtu for a very good price and wanted to check If its real before buying it

I've had two cards now come back a point lower than I expected and both times the front looked clean to me. Starting to think I've been evaluating cards at a 50% resolution this whole time.

Is there a rule of thumb for how off the back can be before it caps you at a 9? Or is it more holistic than that?

Looked weird, tore weird for my kid. Cards are real, but of course just feels off. Got them off a eBay bidding show. Been around since 2000 and has 99.5% positive feedback. Or am i just in my head?

The price is around market price so it’s not too good to be true.

The holo pattern is not like the scan of the cards and I’m not an expert or older cards

I found this booster bundle on Ali and it says Brand+ but it has some fishy things in the description like "Golden Box" or "produced in mainland china" but afaik pokemon cards are only produced in japan.
Does Brand+ mean anything? The shops name is "[Shop1105039178 Store]()"

Just going through some cards from when I was a dirty little scamp so forgive any battered or damaged cards just got back into the hobby and I wanna collect again so wondering how many are fake or real as it was a time we all just traded back and forth non stop so I didn't pull all of these.

Was wondering if this a fake card, I’ve seen the same cards but the colors were more vibrant where as mines appear to be dull

Hi, so I think the back might be a tad too pale compared to another real card. The front looks good though. In the picture where there are two 2015 cards, the primal kyogre is the left one.
