Question A Level CS vs 1st Year CS program

Hey guys, how hard/different would the 1st year for CS Majors be for A Level CS students? I am choosing between US universities and KFUPM and I want some more perspective on the transition between HS and Uni. Thanks in advance

By first year are you counting oria or not? Giving that you are an A levels student, I think it will pretty easy for you to skip oria and start as a Freshman. And not only us first year easy, the entire degree is easy imo. Am doing software engineering which is like 90% the same and I am yet to find a course to really struggle in. Most courses I go to an exam studying only the night before LOL. Feel free to dm for any more questions

Is it the same case with AI and Data science degree?

There is no such degree There is an AI and CYS degree, and there is a data science degree AI and CYS is literally the same courses as a cs degree, they just removed physics and chemistry so that you take 4 more cs courses.

A data science degree is closer to a kath degree tbh. It's actually called data science and engineering
