Thoughts?

How do YOU feel lucid dreaming connects with spirituality has it helped you with connecting with you self? Has it done the opposite? Did spirituality help you with lucid dreaming? Was it the over way around? I’m open to all interpretations of this and your perspectives. How has your journey with both been and how have the intertwined if so?

It proved to me that spirituality was fake. Especially when I found a couple supplements could trigger what I thought were woo woo experiences a long time ago, were in reality, just a by product of brain chemistry.

I've successfully had 11 lucid dreams so far. I don't buy into that spirituality psuedoscience stuff personally.

I'm fascinated by lucid dreams and dreams in general purely from a psychology point of view.
