Tickets Website issues

I’m trying to buy tickets on the website. Tried English and Spanish but it won’t even let me make a profile. Any suggestions? I keep getting this error when putting in passport info.

U just have to press ok, put the passport number manually and proceed further down , it’ll accept

solo dale aceptar y llenar tu datos manualmente, la funcion de auto-llenado solo funciona en nacionales.
