Same, but opposite. My wife would love to do this, but I really can't participate when all she wants in life is whimsy and I have the be the one taking care of all the chores, bills, obligations, and responsibilities. I feel more like a father than a husband

So, you're not alone I guess. If I had a partner who was willing to tackle things with me, I'd love to have some whimsy on the side

I pay most of rent, both our car payments and utilities. She loves me just isnt a very physically embracive person, just didn't feel like much of an issue until recently after 9 years
