VIP movements obviously require security arrangements, but should the common citizen always be the one expected to move, wait or suffer inconvenience?

Can VIP movements be managed without treating ordinary citizens as obstacles?

Saw Amol balwadkar's recent reel on it, seems like more land acquisition issues is there - I am confused as hell on what's going on with that bridge - does anybody have any new updates on it?

Last I heard, the land acquisition was cleared and things were about to go operation by end of this year
Any articles or videos will be much appreciated, I think the progress has zero visibility to people like us who've been suffering with that

Maharashtra still has major gaps in intra-state railway connectivity, especially East-West & North-South.

The Central Government regularly announces new inter-state trains connecting Maharashtra with other states, particularly services to & from Mumbai/Pune. But connectivity within Maharashtra also needs serious attention.

Regions like Khandesh, Marathwada & Vidarbha need more direct and regular trains connecting them with each other. Passengers shouldn't always have to depend on Mumbai or Pune for connections.

At the same time, many railway stations across Maharashtra need basic maintenance and modernisation.

Why can't there be equal focus on both interstate & intrastate railway connectivity?

Maharashtra is much more than Mumbai & Pune. The state's internal railway network also deserves better planning & investment.

Being a bordering state it is their job irrespective of whoever is being rescued. Aren't THEY also a part of India? Why do they remind us this same fact when we ask them to learn the local language? If the pilgrims were brought from WB, Uk or UP they would've not cried like this.
