I was cleaning up our room and found this pack of cotton swabs. It went straight to the trash.

I wanted to eat a mozzarella corndog but this dark spot is throwing me off. There’s 5 per pack and each was individually wrapped. Does this look like mold? Are the others in the pack safe to eat if they don’t have visible discoloration?

look at this work of art. this is because my landlord neglected to fix a gutter and pipe diverting water into my basement apartment. the humidity was at 90% but i was 18 and unwise and didn’t really realize what was happening. complained to LL several times over months but they kept saying it was too cold to fix. mind you it’s june at this point, first flood was in october. then i found this while cleaning out my ex’s half of the closet. these were his disgusting shoes he wore to work at a bakery and i believe they were a perfect environment for the mold to grow. there was lots more mold but this was the first thing i noticed and it felt like a horror movie because i was on my hands and knees in the closet with a flashlight and i was like what are these weird shoes and i touched them and it was MOLD IT WSS NOT A GREEN SHOE THE SHOE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BLUE!! You can literally see my fingerprint where i poked it. I think I literally screamed in terror. I’m having flashbacks rn I feel so itchy

I always shower in this bathroom but I never had the idea to look at the ceiling while I do so, so I was surprised to see all of this up there. I am a little nervous because people always joke about going insane or hallucinating from mold, but I don’t know if it’s an exaggeration. I’ve never dealt with such mold before (if it is mold). What do you think? I’ll do my research but a mold fan’s opinion would also be appreciated 😅 thank you!

So I was gonna make a pizza and the cheese (Pizza Mozzarella) that was in the fridge had mold on the side and a spot and I cut well over 2 inches maybe 3 inches away and inspected the rest for any suspicious spots if I needed to cut more off and then shredded it.

I ate the pizza and I decided to look up if it was safe to eat and it says no and now I’m overthinking 🥴 will I be okay l?

To give more context, it was a harder block of pizza mozzarella I think like the great value stuff from Walmart. Idk I’ve been told it’s oaky to eat as long as you cut off a lot from where the mold or any suspicious spots that could be mold are.

Is this mold? 🥲 Packaging says it's not yet expired. Each tea is covered in its own paper mini bag.

Maybe someone can educate me which type of mold this is. I used to be a chef and though I've seen it all, but I have never seen this bright orange before 😁

This bin contains all my trash except paper, plastic, aluminium and paper. I always have a lot of coffee grounds in there (a shame but I have no garden) and this week I had zucchini which I have to deseed and peel before cooking due to illness, so that stuff is in there too. My main suspect though is a piece of gorgonzola cheese that I threw in there a few days ago..

I found this lunch box by the banyan tree in my school courtyard. Must've been there for days. The intensity of the orange is astounding. It grew on what I could only assume used to be white rice, as is common in Indonesia.

(I couldn't take more photos of the thing from different angles since I needed to climb on a small hill)
