JHN
Didn’t legacy and JHN agree on a contract extension back in may? Pretty sure that was announced so how does this split now happen? Was it never signed or they have to “buy him out”?

Maybe I'm biased because I was at the 2021 road course race, but I thought it was cool (and about time) that they raced on that track.

We've already gotten *most* of the silly season news out of the way already (although as I'm writing this JHN just got fired), but the move everyone has been expecting to happen hasn't been announced yet. I'm curious if this is abnormal or if this is closer to how things normally are and news like Heim getting the 35 next year was just announced early

My prediction for JHN is that he’s going back to O’Reilly and unfortunately I don’t think he’s coming back to Cup full time. I could see him going to HFT in either the 98 or the 41 and potentially being an Allgaier type of driver for the rest of his career. I wouldn’t mind seeing that

Regardless if you are a Denny fan or not do you think that the Regular Season Championship deserves to recognized as an accomplishment in the sport? Every sport has some sort of a trophy or something for winning the division or league title and is recognized. I know that since they started this playoff/ chase this title is basically a useless title but I feel that it deserves recognition

I saw Suarez next to Preece so I immediately thought about him. If it kept going I don't know who else likely would've had a shot or how it likely would've played out. I believe the caution was called after Blaney wrecked and not Zane Smith. I don't know if it really mattered because it was the final lap but there must have been a reason for it.

Out of all the Twelve drivers in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Chase, who is your favorite to win the Championship and why?

I think he said this after a crash at Daytona in 2009. It was hilarious and I cannot find video of it anywhere. I think it's this interview, but that part is cut out. Anyone know where I can find it?

I don't really know how good all 3 are and it might still be too early to tell but I think they have the most potential. I also don't know how kids of Nascar drivers typically fare but I'm sure they're setup to succeed with all the resources they have.

Does anybody know how to identify who drove this car? Or who owned it? The chassis number is RHE1199-724
From what I understand, it may have been a development chassis. As number 721 was a development chassis for dodge/petty enterprises.

Sometime in the late 90's (probably around 98-99) I have a distinct memory of watching Jeff Burton win a race at Pocono. But I've looked at the results and he's never won there. Am I going crazy, or did what I remember actually happen at some point?
