Finance Luna opening

Hey, how long it took you to open lunar? Im eu citizen I have cpr mitid and it takes over 1 month. Instead od asking everything the first day when I apllied every 10 days they have new questions and it takes 10 days for them to ask me another new question wtf is this. Now they are asking about international transfer, and I need to elaborate why I want to send 2-3 times per year some money for my other bank account, and of course 10 days waiting for the answer Im really annoyed witg them. What was you experience with them?

Lunar has had trouble in the past conforming to laws regarding money laundering laws, and therefore my guess is that any eu citizen, especially people who do transfers to other non danish accounts will instantly trigger a longer onboarding process. I am not saying that you are laundering any money of course, but your status as an eu citizen and international transfers will trigger in their system regardless.

How slow/faster lunar is compared to other more traditional banks, I can’t say. It took me roughly 1-2 weeks in Nordea as a danish citizen with no international transfers.

Bad as yours, that's why I open in AL bank NemKonto there and the account is free

How long did it take you? Would you recommend them?

I’m also waiting on Lunar, they’re a lot slower than I expected.

Perhaps we should go with Revolut? It is my understanding that we can set it as NemKonto, but I’m not sure about MobilePay.
