Help me is my streak broke
I am currently on Day 21 of a streak of avoiding masturbation and trying to practice semen retention. I have also been trying to avoid pornography.
Recently, while watching the anime Re:Zero, I encountered a fan-service scene involving a female character who was nude, with her nipples covered by her hair. I became sexually aroused and started to get an erection. I was also consciously wondering whether I would still be able to get an erection, so I checked naturally. I did not masturbate, stimulate myself, or intentionally try to reach orgasm. However, I did intentionally continue watching the fan-service rather than skipping it.
Later, after I had completely finished urinating, a large amount/chunk of whitish fluid came out immediately afterward. I did not experience an orgasm or the sensation of ejaculation. The fluid appeared to dissolve/disperse easily in water.
I have also noticed occasionally that a similar whitish fluid can come out during or after bowel movements, particularly when straining, even when I am not sexually aroused. This has happened occasionally over a long period.
I became concerned that:
The fluid might have been semen and possibly contained sperm.
I might have lost sperm/nutrients and therefore somehow damaged my semen-retention progress.
Years of masturbation might have weakened my pelvic/prostatic structures and caused this discharge.
The fan-service and deliberately continuing to watch it might have broken my NoFap/semen-retention streak.
I wanted clarification about whether my streak is still valid and whether the discharge is medically concerning or could cause infertility.
From an Islamic perspective, I also wanted to know whether the discharge requires ghusl or merely wudu, according to the Qur'an, Sunnah, the Salaf al-Salih, and major scholars.
The main clarification I am seeking is whether this episode represents an actual ejaculation/masturbation relapse, whether sperm could have been present in the fluid, whether occasional discharge during urination or bowel movements is medically normal, and whether I should consider my Day-21 streak intact.
