Hi,
I've got a E-M10 mk IV with the following lenses:
*Olympus 14-42mm
*Olympus 45mm
*Olympus 40-150mm
I'd like to dabble in a little macro, especially insects. Based on my trawling of this subreddit, it seems like the Raynox DCR-250 is a pretty budget friendly option to try things out? And after that stepping up to more dedicated macro lens?
Thanks!
Photos attached are the best I could do recently :)

Pictures from my semi-recent trip to Japan! Still have so much to learn about film shooting. These were taken on my OM-1 and OM-10 film cameras. Hope you enjoy them even though they're not the best :)

Created this cerulean blue recipe for Olympus/ OM system camera.
Recreated this color from what I usually post edit it in lightroom.
The result is actually pretty similar to what I wanted!
So the recipe is in the last image.
Feel free to try it out and say what you think about it!
Should be available to many Olympus / OM system camera as it’s not the color wheel

Hi,
I have a OM-D E-M10 Mark1, and the integrated flash stop working.
I contacted the support, they said that this model is not supported by the assistance anymore, so it cannot be repaired. I didn't find anything official about the support EOL for this model, does it sound true to you?
Btw, what should I do now? Is there something that I can try to fix it?
Is there any cheap external flash that I can buy that is compatible with this model?

I found it at the flea market, it looks very functional just need to change the battery. I'm thinking of testing it with a good gold 200 and then selling it if anyone is interested

I primarily use my camera for bird photography, but have had plenty of other needs. Landscape, family, my gorgeous golden retriever, etc. What would be a great lens to pair with my prime?

Hi all,
I currently have an EM5 mk2, I like it but I’m getting frustrated by it currently. I shoot landscapes, which is handles easily but I also photograph my family and I am also getting into wildlife photography too.
The AF for wildlife photography is appalling and even when photographing my family it really struggles to lock on sometimes and the moment has passed.
I am wondering what to upgrade to, I’m thinking either EM1 mk3 or OM5 but I cannot decide.
Those of you have those cameras, can you tell me what they’re like? On my EM5 I really like the weight and how small it is but I worry that the EM1 is too close to my other camera, which is a D600.

I have an E-500 that I bought second hand back in 2008 and I'm wanting to use it again. The issue that I'm having is trying to find a reliable card reader for the Compact Flash card. Does anyone still use this model camera anymore and have any input?

Good IQ, strange weight ratio.
First Picture TG-5 with TCON-14b
Second Picture at 100mm
Third Picture with TCON-14b at 140mm
I also got a cheap 2x Teleconverter with 52mm and 62mm and threads. I‘ll add them achieving 280mm on the TG-5. IQ will suffer, but i‘ll have a good laugh.

Hello everyone,
I am looking to upgrade my camera as I am currently using my Lumix GF7. I was previously a Nikon shooter, but, since becoming a mum, the DSLR setup just got too heavy/difficult to bring with me me. Thus I ended just using my back-up camera!
One of the main criteria for me now is great SOOC JPEGs as I just don't have time to edit any more; and also a EDC body.
Since becoming a parent there are so many moments to capture but almost no time to edit/process the images... Because of this I've been strongly considering swapping to Fuji for their colours.
However, I would really love to ask the m43/Olympus community what you guys think of the SOOC images in comparison to Fuji? Can they compete?
Budget aside, what do guys think are the best cameras that would offer the processing necessary and that are also not too bulky?
The image above was taken with my GF7 and 20mm 1.7 :)
Many thanks!

Any Oly users been to Tokyo (Shinjuku areas) and Osaka recently and find the number of used Oly gear, say, either surprisingly large or kind of scarce? Hope to hear your experience. Thank you.

I mean, it is OM 1 but still with Olympus logo on it. First and last of its kind. I see a collector potential here. Am I the only one?
