Meds/Supplements thoughts on multivitamins?

I’m debating starting multivitamins. My diet has been significantly better lately but a part of me is wondering if I’d be better if I was taking multivitamins. I don’t really like taking supplements or vitamins or anything but I will suck it up if anyone has tried it and seen significant results.

My main issue is I don’t want to become dependent on the vitamins.

Fitness help me fix my gym routine

hey everyone, i'm looking to add / improve my gym routine, i go for full body over the week, but i'm also very shy and stick the machines, not really up for the free weights yet unfortunately, even though i've been going to the gym since december 2025

with this routine i lost 20+ kg, but im at a standstill now, and feel like i'm just working the same muscles but not loosing any more fat / gaining any more muscle, any improvements that i should make or things you think are good / bad, i'd love your input!

if there's anything that's helped you budge that stubborn stomach fat i would love your advice!! it's so hard even with good dieting

Rant/Venting Feeling helpless

Trying to find help for my daughter. "Diagnosed" PCOS years ago because of cystic acne and high testosterone. Was put on b/c and Spironolactone. Acne cleared and helped with gender dysphoria. Over the last several years she's been diagnosed with POTS. Only advised to take salt. Her hair is thinning. She feels chronically ill all the time. Can't lose weight so she's now on Zepbound. My frustration is not finding a dr who can help! Our Endocrinologist isn't familiar. I wonder if the Spironolactone is making her pots worse or if she even has pots! But if we stop it, her hair will fall out worse. Then the gyno was going to switch her to a b/c that doesn't have progesterone but then I worry about the gender dysphoria. We have no guidance and every dr gaslights us and we end up where we started. We are in S Jersey but she's up in College near Trento/Princeton so maybe we'd have better luck up there. She was really depressed last night and I just feel like I'm failing her. I can't find a dr that will listen and help. She is now 18 at least so we don't need to see a pediatric dr. Idk if this post even makes sense. I haven't slept. I'm just feeling quite helpless right now.

Fertility Not ovulating but regular periods

I’m 34 years old . Ive never had kids and have always had a period every month . Sometimes I do skip a month but it’s rare and it’s usually some change going on in my life or body . My cycles are usually 30-35 days . I was recently diagnosed with PCOS because I noticed I wasn’t getting pregnant and was just using an app to aim for fertile window my only symptom was that I was constantly tired and my periods got lighter so I wondered if my hormones were bad and that’s when I found out I had PCOS with ultrasound. I started metformin 3 months ago and I did my first round of letrozole this month and my blood test confirmed I did not ovulate this cycle. My temp on Oura ring and natural cycles showed normal temps of ovulation . I feel sad that I’m not ovulating and because of my age I feel like my time is running out . My gyno did increase my letrozole dose for this cycle . Anyone else have similar experiences?

🌸 PCOD Girls Community — Let’s Talk About Everything

I’m a girl with PCOD myself, and I’ve been thinking about creating a community where girls with PCOD can come together and talk openly about the things we actually go through.

Whether it’s facial hair, weight changes, hair fall, periods, skin problems, body changes, emotional struggles, things doctors have told us, treatments we’ve tried, or even home remedies that worked or didn’t work for us, we can discuss it all without feeling judged.

This isn’t about pretending we have all the answers. It’s about sharing our experiences, learning from each other, supporting one another, and realizing that we’re not alone in this.

We can also have voice calls or Zoom meetings where we can actually talk, share our experiences, ask questions, and get to know each other. 💗

If you have PCOD and you’d like to be part of this community, comment your name or simply say “I’m in”, and we’ll start building a big group of girls who can support each other. 🌷

Let’s create a space where we can talk about the things we sometimes feel too embarrassed or uncomfortable to talk about anywhere else. 🫶

Weight Should I try Ozempic?

I was just able to loose 15 pounds and I am aiming to loose 20 lbs or 25 more. It took me a year to loose 15 naturally with exercise and diet. My co worker is using ozempic. Should I give it a try or do you think it will make the pcos worse? Am I loosing time by loosing weight slower ? If I use ozempic am I loosing my butt and boobs? How much should I loose to get rid of my pcos forever ? Has anyone tried naturally loosing weight and ozempic ?
