take the non X version 5600, same performance and cost less
take a cheaper cooler
take a 1tb m.2, you should get one around $150 ...why is this 500gb so expensive

with some little changes you can take a 9060xt and more storage for the same price

that 360mm aio is massive overkill for a 5600x, you could grab a cheap air cooler and put that cash toward a better gpu or a 1tb drive. 500gb fills up fast these days especially with how big games are getting
rest of the build looks decent but i'd def swap the cooler and maybe look at a used 6700 xt or something instead of the 3060 if you can stretch it
