Questions Mike Mccready tone help.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I'm trying to find pedals to recreate this "organ" like effect on a budget level. I'm aware Mike Mccready uses a Pog 2 to get this tone, but the prices are crazy, right now im looking at the tc electronic sub n up mini, will that be enough? If not open to suggestions.

Fan Content Tired of "Binaural is underrated" threads, so I built a way to actually measure it
pearl-vs-jam.comBeen lurking here for years and got tired of the same "Ten vs Vs." or "Vitalogy is the best one, fight me" arguments never actually going anywhere — so I spent some evenings building a tiny site to settle it with actual data instead of vibes.
It's dead simple: you get shown two albums (or now songs, or songs within a specific album), you pick which one you'd rather listen to, repeat. No ratings out of 10, no dragging a list around — just "this one or that one," over and over. The site tallies everyone's picks into a proper ranking behind the scenes.
A few things worth knowing before you click through:
- No account, no email required, no signup wall. First vote just drops a cookie so your picks stick around.
- It's not making anyone any money — no ads, nothing for sale, I just wanted to build it and figured other fans might get a kick out of it too. There's a "buy me a coffee" link in the footer if you really enjoy it and want to help cover the small hosting costs, but genuinely optional.
- You can optionally drop your age/country/how long you've been a fan/shows attended — totally optional, but it's kind of fun once there's enough data ("Insights" page breaks down how different groups vote).
- 150+ songs across all 12 studio albums are in there now, not just the albums themselves. Lost Dogs might come later.
It's https://pearl-vs-jam.com if anyone wants to poke at it. It's a fan project I've been tinkering with solo, so if something's broken or weird, I'd genuinely like to hear about it — and if enough people actually use it, curious to see what the leaderboard settles on.
Yes - its a vibe coded project. Doesn't mean it can't be fun.

Notes/Clarifications about this Daily Song series:
- I will be “closing” the scores/comments on the previous day's post after 24 hours, so I am able to show the previous song's score as you form your opinions on the current day’s song.
- Upvotes DO NOT affect or weight the final average I calculate (i.e. 20 upvotes on someone commenting 8/10 does not count as 20 instances of 8/10). This encourages everyone to comment their score/opinion individually to have it factored into the score.

Tour Anyone receive Ohana wristbands yet?
I bought single day tickets through Stubhub. My account says they’ll be delivered by September 25th, but I’ll be flying out on the morning of the 25th.
I saw a message from Ohana that wristbands had started shipping as of a couple weeks ago. I’m hoping they are just giving worst case scenario on that delivery date. Trying to gauge how many fans that bought on the first-hand market have received theirs. Thanks for any feedback!

Tour Can’t Deny Me ( Dump Trump)
Let’s get PJ to play this at Ohana on Sunday night. It’s been a long time since Chicago 2018 since I’ve heard it.
Edit: I truly believe we as a country needs it………….

Do we have a signed CD? This came from a deceased family member's collection so we have no clue of its origin.

News Is Abe from Paul McCartney’s band set to join Pearl Jam?
instagram.comI’ve now seen this on several Beatles oriented social media posts. Big loss for Paul if he continues to tour but Abe is big talent and would be an interesting choice. Obvs if any of this is true he’s already been in the room playing with the boys.
