fiber means bigger. hell nah. more water than fiber should be good i assume its up to your daily movement.

Both water and fiber.
Fiber needs water to do it‘s job. Together they keep things moving smoothly and prevent constipation (You just need to make sure that you increase your fiber intake slowly)

It's somewhat of a struggle in America afaik, considering they don't get much fiber in their diet
