It's possible they mean AFTER. The sheer quantity of marvel content afterwards means even if I cared enough to follow it after the saga ended I wouldn't be able to

For me it was how you had to be invested in everything. You had to watch x movie to get y movie and it just got to be too much.

Don't forget you needed to watch z show on Disney+ for those 2 episodes of crossover and all the context the rest of the episodes give to the crossover

It was content overload and why even now I've not fully gotten back into the MCU

Yeah, I think it was Disney getting too greedy (shocker, right?). Once they started tying everything together in hope you’d have to go to every movie and as well as get a Disney subscription so you can’t sue them if your wife dies…
