Theoretically there is the possibility of Chimerism.

Chimerism just means the fusing of two fertilized embryos. They are generally embryos formed from two ova from the same mother and two sperm from the same father.

You’d have to combine chimerism with superfecundity. … which I just googled, and apparently it’s a thing, albeit extremely rare. Chimeric heteropaternal superfecundation.
