The caption jokes that the baby is Satoru Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen because the mother famously claimed to have slept with over 1,000 guys. Since the dad's identity is an absolute mystery, the internet is clowning that the kid must be an anime character born with overpowered genetics.

I used to live in this suburb and there was this mid-sized copse of thick bushes and trees with a clearing at the center where all the local cats hang out. I discovered it when a neighbor's cat went missing and I was helping them search (he showed up three days later, no worries). Anyway, I had this tiny wacky tortoiseshell that barely weighed two pounds and the vets didn't want to chance fixing her, but she never once went into heat in the three years I had her so it seemed okay, she was an indoor cat and the vet said there was a pretty good chance she was sterile. Anyway, one afternoon I was cutting through that copse (it was a handy shortcut) and to my shock there's my cat sitting on that stump with a pack of cats lounging around her. My SO had been in a rush to go to work and hadn't noticed her sneaking out. Two months go by and she never seemed to gain even an ounce and then one morning I wake up to her on the couch with seven kittens, each completely different. There was an orange tabby, a black one, a white one, a fluffy grey tabby, a short haired black tabby, an all grey one and amazingly even a Siamese kitten. Seriously, she was loose for like only two hours...
