Nah, you can have charisma without being very good looking. The "you have to be very good looking" thing is a lie a lot of people on reddit tell themselves to explain why they're unsuccessful, but it's not necessarily looks that's the bottleneck
Hell, the vast majority of "unsuccessful" men on Reddit just have social anxiety and never flirt with women to begin with. How can you expect to bag a girl if you never flirt or ask anyone out.
