Question Pcm26 database

Hello there, I’ve recently downloaded Pro Cyclong Mnager 26 and I was looking at getting a database for the game. Basics a mod to add real life names to the game.

Unfortunately it’s only available on the steam workshop. Is there a way I can download it? I tried a workshop downloader but it asks me to have the game on steam.

Could anyone help me figure out how to get this ?
