Does anyone know a way to contact Playstation UK without first having to log in to account.

I can't log in as I've changed my phone number and I can't receive 2 step authentication texts

Chatting with an online customer support team member requires logging in first.

I am just going around in circles.

Tried the phone number and it's just automated telling me to use website.

Tried emailing and it's bouncing back.

Tried their X account but they are not accepting DM's

Tried Facebook messenger but no reply.

I have 2 accounts that I pay for a Playstation Plus sub for both and my son has been signed out of his one so can't sign back in.

I want to either turn off 2 step authentication (need to log in to do that)

Or change the phone number ( need to log in for that also)

So frustrating.

Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

I can't send a message to my friends r anything, the facial scan thinks I'm too young, the passport photo won't work and it absolutely refuses to send a verification code to my phone.

Am I acc just that unlucky?? Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to fix it?? 😭😭😭

It's been a long time since owning a console, I have a switch 2 and PC but looking to play GTA6 on release.

Most cost efficient way to purchase the console right now, I have NHS discount if that means anything, noticed currys do 5% but out of stock sadly.

Once I own the console is there a membership required to play Multiplayer?

Trade in my PS4 (£57) and get the £50 off voucher.

Stack those on a PS5 pro.. so 5% off + the £50 voucher.

£789.99 − 5% = £750.49,
− £50 voucher = £700.49,
− £57 cash = £643.49

Seems a good deal.. anyone tried that?

The mobile number option to verify age is non-functional. Has anyone been able to use it? I can't use some of my PlayStation services for over a month now.

I have contacted the official UK support a bunch of times now (absolutely woeful service) and they simply never acknowledge that it is a problem on their end, just "check your ISP, check.your settings blah blah blah"

Eventually they send your issue away to a "specialist team" who gets back to you in five days from a no-reply email saying "try it on a different device at a different time". Seriously?

I honestly don't know what to do and I refuse to use the facial scan option. I can only think of contacting the CMA as they seem to be the regulator for sony consumer protection in the UK but I don't have much hope that they can help. I've been with PlayStation since PS1 but this is not sitting right with me.

He also asked the same question and it seems there are lots of delays but people get it what they have ordered and it's legit however i wanted to have know if anyone recently ordered within the last few months and got their item. This is the current info about backdated orders for the PS5 Pro.

How do you decide which game to get for ps5 and which one for PC?

For a good few weeks I’ve got a dilemma - I’ve gamed on PC all my life. I’ve got a decent PC, could potentially have a slight upgrade but it will do well for another few years.
I have yet to play Ghost of Tsushima, TLOU2, Spiderman 2, Days Gone etc.

For a good few months I wasn’t much on it.
I spend more time in the living room in front of a new TV (OLED).

Would you say that getting PS5 is worth it?
Also, are all games locked at 30fps? Does it not cause eye strain?

I’m a bit worried that it’s my inside child and brain asking for a dopamine release of buying something new, I’ll love it for a month and then I won’t use it…

Rights lads and ladys. Im looking to get the PS5 Pro pre-GTA6 and every day I wait, the price will go up. Gamerium seems to be the cheapest - from source - option, eveen cheaper than some Ebay listings. However I've seen your comments before hand on their sketchy dealings. They are currently claiming that restock will happen on Sept 12th and that I should expect 7-10 day delay on top of that. Should I do it or not?

Does anyone know why the PS gift cards have been removed completely off their website? I use them very often when I want to make a digital purchase as it’s a no brainer with the discounts. I hope this is just a temporary issue.

So, I’m part of the unlucky group that missed out on the PS5 Pro Wolverine plates on PlayStation Direct UK today (I'm happy for the select few that got a chance). Spent 10 AM sharp at my work desk refreshing the accessories page, only to realize the drop was sitting somewhere else on the site. I know it’s a minor thing in the grand scheme, but I’m definitely a bit bummed. I managed to get the original Spider-Man plates for the OG PS5, so I was really hoping to grab these Wolverine ones to match—especially given they actually look clean and are priced pretty decently for what they are.

Already seeing them posted on eBay for absurd scalper prices, which makes it even more frustrating. Do we think Sony will drop a restock for these and implement a proper queue system like they did for the PS5 Pro pre-orders, or is this a one-and-done limited batch situation?

Looked at argos to pre order the new plague tale game but after looking it up, argos are apparently quite hit and miss for delivering on release day(or early) or not.

Found the game collection and heard quite good things about games either being on time or even a few days early but alot of what i found was from over a couple years ago. Just wondering if anyone has pre ordered something from there recently, and how the delivery was?

I want to buy smt digital devil saga 1 and 2 on the ps3 store but when I go on the game listing it says “this content cannot be selected at this time.” could someone tell me what I can do to get the game please I would really appreciate it. I am also using the uk store if that helps.
