I had to make this visual writeup to explain some thoughts I held in for a few years. I even made the face edit a few days before the monthly update. As a minor pixel-era character, I’d say I mostly had a concept of her through fanart, but the fanart has merits that could’ve been interpreted from the source sprites/illustration just as valid.

It did not beat the performance of Red 96 banner from this last February (obviously) but it was a half anni technically so as a "August-September" anniversary , 2026 so far is the best since the 2022 one with Ash/Red/Cynthia one.

Any people fearing for Eos should just relax at this point , they did a good job giving an alt to Serena after almost 3 and half years of nothing , if you didn't know, her banner with Zygarde back in March 2022 was one of the few times PMex was able to rank higher than Pokemon GO in Japan (March 2022 is the third highest month from the source behind Red96 month and this anni) so it's one of the best performing banner ever in the history of the game , that's probably the reason why they randomly gave her short hair again with no explanation whatsoever lol.

Of course it's not the end of the anni , there's still September to go but so far this is a very good sign for the game !

In case you can't see the ranking properly: this game ranked 47 in August monthly revenue report.

Usually it's during annniversaries that this game gets on top 50, so to already see it ranked 47 now is a good sign.

Curious to see the revenue when NC Sinnoh debuts, considering they are meant to be used together and is very anticipated. (There were memes in JP community about Lucas not getting a proper alt.)

Thanks to Var Leaf 1/5 (1st multi btw), I was able to finish 18/18 towers before Expansion on Sept 7th! I’m so happy!

I’ve seen some posts over the past year on here of people deleting their account before linking it to a Nintendo or Apple/Google account and wondering if they can get it back.

A majority of comments mention how you CAN as long as you provide purchase receipts of in-game items, your favourite sync pair, your in-game name etc. but there was never an outcome. Just comments saying “I sent an email, hoping for the best!” with no follow up.

Well, here’s the follow-up. If you delete the app before linking it to an account then your data is gone forever and unrecoverable. Don’t be like me and think “ya it probably auto saved on my Apple account.” You live and you learn.

Let's talk about a newly-emerged EX WTZ meta. As 2nd/3rd EX WTZ setters are debuting, I feel people seem to overlook or discard the older/worse one as if they're mutally exclusive. First of all, there're several huge benefits if it's possble to set 2 separated EX WTZ sets:

• Each set fully utilizes all extension passives
• On timed contents, 2 sets will take less wasted time on refresh animations. It completely sensible to ignore manual Wish, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Terrain for not wasting time on the animation but still have more EX WTZ up-time.

Next, look into the potental of existing setters

• Fire: Silver sets on-demand and Brendan at start. But Brendan doesn't really have any synergy with Fire type neither takes any advatage of EX Sunny (Sunny just fine for him) and of course, he couldn't be a part of Fire team for Tower. The worst.
• Water: May sets at start and Ethan is on-demand is arguably the best combination, especially for timed contents. But Ethan is really bad to the point his only purpose is nearly just setting EX Zone. Water has lots better pairs to use for a slot than him, honestly. Not really good combination.
• Electric: Iono sets kinda on-demand (Required raised Sp. Atk first) and Hibert at first attack move. It's really good combination for setting 2 separated sets by starting with Hilbert. The problem is Kanto Core team for Electric is too strong making SST Red, Red 96, NC Blue outdamge even EX terrain. And if an AS is another Kanto setting EX Terrain then there's no need of 2 EX setters.
• Ground: N on first attack moves and Rika on first trainer move. It's workable if Rika gets offensive buff from an allies then she can keep attacking until her setting time (Like base Rika). The issue is the 3rd pair, base Rika don't have dps. Ideally, the 3rd pair has to be a dps plus capable of buffing V Rika's offenses or just completely forsaking her offenses during the first set.
• Flying: Ethan and Hilda set on first attack move and Blue at start. It's not really ideal as for setting on first attack for dmg dealers. Ethan is better than Hilda as he can keep spamming Thunderwave until his time for setting the 2nd set but that completely waste his dps for the entire of time. Not really recomended.
• Bug: Both are on-demand. Defintely the best combination. Except Benga is one of the worst setters since he barely does anything after setting the zone. And Bug remains the worst type that even 2 separated EX sets won't help much when lacking base dps overall.
• Dragon: Lucas at start and Hassel is on-demand. This is currently the best type for double EX zone setters. The 3rd slot can be Drayton/Dawn/Red 25 or any dmg dealer you have. Lucas is a support with various utilities and Hassel can debuff + sync rush + last ditch effort shield.

Hey y’all, hope everyone’s having some good luck with the 7th anniversary banner summons. Personally, my luck has been pretty mixed so far. I managed to get Serena, Blue and the Triple Mega Variety units, and now I’m waiting for Dawn and Lucas to pull for them.

Anyway, I was looking through some of the comparatively weaker types in the game, especially when it comes to GVG and Pasio Tower, and I feel like there are a few types that could become absolutely broken if we get the right units for them.

1. Ice:
We already have some really good special damage dealers, but I think Ice is still missing a strong premium support and a modern physical DPS. I’m expecting Arc Suit Ice to potentially be a support, and then maybe we get an Ice EX Master Fair as a physical DPS.

2. Electric:
We definitely need some help with physical Electric damage. I’d love to see either Mega Raichu X or Zeraora as an Electric EX Master Fair. Arc Electric could also be a support, or maybe they surprise us and make it a physical DPS. Hard to say.

3. Grass:
Arc Grass is probably one of the most anticipated ones. It could end up being another completely busted special damage dealer, but I could also see them making it a support since we already have Anni Florian and Urbain covering a lot of the Grass damage side.

4. Ghost:
Arc Ghost is probably the biggest mystery for me. Volo almost feels like a pseudo Arc Ghost unit with how he’s designed, but he’s still not an Arc Fair. So I’m guessing we could eventually get an actual Arc Ghost, either as a physical DPS or a support.

5. Normal:
Honestly, I have no idea what they could do with Normal. Maybe an Arc Palmer? We could definitely use some help with physical Normal damage, especially for Tower.

6. Steel:
I really hope we get another Arc Steel at some point, preferably one with EX Steel Zone. Having a strong support alongside it would be even better.

It’ll be interesting to see what DeNA has planned for these types. They’ve already fixed some of the weaker areas with the recent units. Harmony helped solve the physical Water problem, Serena helped with physical Dark, and Blue helped with physical Flying.

So I’m really curious to see which types they decide to focus on next.

What do you guys think? Which types do you think need the most help right now, and what units are you expecting for the upcoming Arc Fairs?

Which is better? I’m gonna try to pull for both when they come out but I’m only gonna have enough gems to pity one so which one should I prioritize?

I was in the middle of playing when it crashed and now it won't load. Cleared my cache and it is still stuck on this screen. Not an internet issue as everything else works perfectly fine.

Had to try her at 1/5. Arc Alder and Bugsy are both 3/5. Her B move is lit. 50% each for flinch, confused and trapped.

Guys should I invest in Summer Cynthia to get her to 3/5? Is she worth it considering my water type roster? Or should I save the candies for anni Gloria for whom I plan to scout?

Is there anyway to circumvent this?

It was quite surprising being able to clear the tower with minimal investment as possible considering the only reason why I was able to clear the tower was due to the the free upgrades for Variety Lance. He synergizes quite well with Blue. Unfortunately I did have to fish for MPR for Lance's Trainer Move for Sync Acceleration. The clear overall was a bit unreliable and was extremely tight, but it is possible. Hopefully this can help more people and I hope to continue clearing towers without any Arc Suits.

Also sidenote, it's quite funny how we now have 3 EX Flying Zone setters so people have more options to choose from instead of pulling for Arc Ethan. I really hope we get other EX Zone setters for Psychic and Fighting, and EX Sun setters that aren't Arc Suits, but it'll probably be a while, but definitely not impossible as shown by Variety Hilda and Anni. Blue

Now that summer Cynthia was free, which support should I invest in to carry me through the tower? Blastoise didn’t have enough survivability for me. Debating between Cynthia and Suicune
