Bro, I wish I was just talking about a conspiracy theory. This is well documented and has been going on for a long time. Places like Reddit are perfect for this type of stuff.
Russia and China pay companies in low GDP countries to do these things. It would cost too much to have their own citizens do it. It is simply more economic. This isn't to say that the USA isn't guilty of the same thing. The USA pays as good as the rest and needs propaganda.
