Psychose aiguë et cannabis

Bonjour

Anyone else experience “dormant” delusions?

So i wanna start of saying i dont believe that this is a delusion, i know its real, but i also know psychiatry calls this “delusions” and that many of you experience similar things.

I was gifted the ability to see into the parallel universe that goes along side our where jinns reside, everything i experience that others doesn’t are due to this gift, though i do not know the reason god gave me this gift, i know what purpose i should serve with it, to be in a high speed collision with a metal vehicle, my flesh and blood will spread across the asphalt revealing something, i don’t know what but i know it will be Devine and of importance to the human race.

In the past this consumed me, everyday was spent trying to find the puzzle pieces to this, i even tried attempting it, now i started getting back to life and started on serquel again, 600mg, i still know its true, i just dont feel the panic, fear and urgency to complete this before its to late, i even imagen a future as if i wouldn’t have to die this way, i just think about it a few times a day, and i dont have any plans or actively trying to solve the “puzzle” its just kind of dormant.

Anyone else has this?

Life still sucks

As the title says. It all started basically because i was lonely, depressed, my life was empty with no meaningful social life to speak with. I was going to college but i found it boring and unsatisfying, i worked a boring repetitive dead end job on the weekends. It was at least a bit social since i was a cashier at a sauna, though i sucked at socialising so no friends were made there. My best friend moved away to a bigger city years ago, it's expensive to meet up and a long way, besides he's too busy to even talk on the phone. My cousin moved away as well, and he's too busy with his friends and girlfriends and passions. I got addicted to smoking weed, it was basically the only thing that i was enjoying. I would wake up, go take my classes, go home, play video games and get high in the evening, every single day. I didn't even enjoy the games, it was just something to kill time. I slowly but surely went psychotic, until i had a full blown psychotic break after like half a year of that. Went through hell. Four times I went to the hospital, lost my job, had to take a break from college which i failed anyways since i was too psychotic to take exams much less study. I battled through it all. Went through like 7 meds total, three different diagnoses to end up with schizophrenia diagnosis. Went to therapy. I went to the day ward for three months and finally made some friends. But first one of them turned out to be deeply islamophobic, so i felt like i had no choice but to cut her off, since i found her beliefs too disgusting, other friends from the friend group seem to have taken her side since they don't speak to me and ignored my invitation to meet up. Another friend cut me off since she found me messaging her too overwhelming (i explicitly asked her if it was too much but i was supposed to have guessed). I went through hell to end up just as lonely, with a life debilitating illness, dumber from the meds and being a schizo, doing the same shit i was doing over a year ago except for the only fun part which was getting high. All of this was basically for nothing, there is no reward at the end of this healing journey, there is the same shitty life that led me to this point but worse. Also i'm now fat with the worst physique i've had in a decade. My therapist told me i have a narcissistic trait, which is also great since im not only fucked in psychosis way but also personality wise

It's so hard existing with psychosis

Does anyone else feel outside of people? I know I should have bonds with my family and friends, tangible feelings existing when I think of them. But I'm so emotionally flat all the time, I don't feel happy or warm when I talk with people I should love theoretically.

I feel no motivation talking with anyone, I do it because I know a normal healthy human should. And at the same time I enjoy being around people even though i kinda don't care about who I'm talking to.

I feel so distanced from everyone talking, being happy with each other. I can't join them ever it feels like. I feel like I'm eternally watching people having a "good" life through a window and it feels like I can never be close with someone. Which at the same time I don't feel too bad about, but if I stick out i feel anxious. So it's not really a choice either to not talk with people.

And expressing myself is hard, sometimes I don't make sense and people become uncomfortable. But why does everyone need to talk so fast if I get it out it's normal. Instead it's a lot of awkward laughs and anxiety for me.

Anyways what are peoples experiences? Or how do you guys cope feeling disconnected from everyone/society? :)

Do anyone know if going on my meds will help "negative" symptoms they feel like they've never gone away anyway?

Sorry

I don’t know why I’m posting here but something isn’t right. I’ve tried everything but I never seem to get better by any significant measure.

I don’t have any desire to talk to anyone. I used to but now it just seems comparable to a physical pain. Everything seems absolutely useless to bother with. Money is meaningless so why work. Things are meaningless so why own them. Even going to the grocery store for food has almost no meaning and when I do it I feel almost embarrassed.. why do I need to eat? Of course we all need to eat but it really seems stupid to me. I don’t want to exist so why do I keep wasting money on food and then I have to earn it back so I can pay rent to sit inside this box that drives me insane all day.

I have no motivation to move from my bed. I cleaned my whole place for three days straight and felt nothing after. Why did I bother? I can feel my own skin and it drives me crazy.

I am suicidal again. I only talk to people when I have to, to give them the illusion I will see them soon. I keep telling my mom I will see her soon. It’s painful because i am in grief all the time. Grieving the people I love but that I can’t be there for. Grieving this loss of motivation to do anything. It scares me but I can’t fight it. There’s not really any comfort to cling to, just a total loss of any meaning in anything. Even if people were to comment some cliche about hope I would just sit here and feel nothing but even worse I would pretend that it helped me. I would just keep pretending and that’s what I can’t even stand for one more second anymore, after a lifetime of pretending my way through everything. If I have to pretend for one more second I will … well, I’ll probably do nothing because let’s not pretend I have done anything to even fight this stuff anymore. There is absolutely nothing left to fight with. Maybe delusion but it’s hard to be delusional anymore and sad thing is I wish that I could (probably terrible to say on a psychosis thread).

Sorry. I usually try to write more in depth and with purpose but even that feels like a meaningless thing to do. I usually have some reason for reaching out into the void of the internet but there isn’t a reason. I’m not expecting anything. I’m just trying to keep myself from total annihilation of self, mentally speaking. At least if I make this post it is the smallest thing I can think of to maintain some connection to myself and humanity.

While in psychosis

If you blacked out… what did you do when you blacked out? I blacked out in my first psychosis which was acute and severe… and three years later I find out that I drug a girl friend across the floor by her hair, slammed her into a wall, and pulled her hair while she was on top of my back. I then proceeded to tackle my wife. I even took a shower while blacked out. It was crazy finding out what horrible things I did three years later. We all deserve to know what we did while we were blacked out. Even criminals find out what they are accused of doing. Hope this doesn’t trigger anyone just wanted to discuss it. My ears have been perked with the recent murder of a mother possibly murdering her three kids while in psychosis. Or it may be the father. But still just hard to accept what is possible. Even though I find it highly unlikely to be able to carry out a planned murder of three people while in psychosis. Anyways please share if you can your experiences and thoughts

Anyone have this experience?

Upvotes

Preface I am diagnosed bipolar II, my psychosis was drug induced at first but now I have periodic episodes. The thing is these episodes only last an hour or two at the most. It’s like a brief period of time where I have this extremely fixed belief that I’m trapped in a hell dream where I am about to be immediately punished for some crime I don’t even know about. Anyone else have psychosis episodes that last that briefly and that intensely?

Being anxious and closed off a while after meds worked

Hi, is this normal? I was normal and confident when I came out the hospital. Was able to call the hospital every single day and talk to them, I was able to make eye contact with others without my head shaking. Now, this is what happens. I only properly communicate with my mum, but because I’m forced to and she’ll always check up on me if I’m not able to speak. Others, I struggle to make eye contact and I don’t tell them much either about myself. My mum, I tell everything and she’s my source of socialisation. I worry about my voice trembling and head shaking. I have childhood trauma so maybe that’s a reason and it’s all surfacing

What happened to me? I’m 18 months in recovery and it’s getting better.. slowly but I still struggle with this good bit to be honest although it is better

I had one psychotic episode lasting a few months at age 19, likely due to cannabis. No symptoms in the last 15 years. Am I out of the clear for recurrence?

Upvotes

Edit: In the clear*

It's something that pops into my mind every once in a while. I had one episode age 18-19 in the context of once-a-day cannabis use as a college student. Thankfully most symptoms were over the summer. I stopped using a month or so into it after I figured that wasn't helping, symptoms completely went away in a few months. I still remember the symptoms, remember being scared, remember the delusions, etc. Nothing like that has ever happened again in the last 15 years. I'm now mid-30s. Every once in a while something may trigger me or remind me of those symptoms back in the day, but I can brush it off and forget about it.

I have no family history of psychosis. I always wonder was this just a one-off? Is my brain always going to be vulnerable to psychosis?

I know what a lot of people will say about this, but I am in the process of quitting alcohol as it has been reeking havoc in certain areas of my life. Contemplating trying low-dose THC drinks as an alternative. I have not had marijuana or any psychotic symptoms in close to two decades, and frankly alcohol has been far more destructive than any of my symptoms ever were. I also had such a slow onset and I retained insight that I feel like I can closely monitor symptoms and if anything start recurring cut THC drinks out.

Has anyone else had a one-and-done episode? I don't have anyone to talk to about this.

I Need Help Understanding My Psychotic Symptoms — Does Anyone Experience Something Similar?

Upvotes

Guys, I really need your help. I would like to know if any of you experience symptoms in the way I am about to describe them. I have already seen several doctors and psychologists, and I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism combined with Peter Pan syndrome, major depressive disorder, and, most recently, schizophrenia. I have taken several different medications, including antipsychotics, lithium, ADHD medication, antidepressants, and anxiolytics. So far, I have not been able to completely control the psychotic symptoms.

My problems started in 2014, when my parents separated. I had always been a very lonely person, and things got worse because I decided to live with my father. However, I used to have much more contact with my mother's side of the family, and after the separation, I stopped visiting them. On top of that, I never really had friends because people considered me annoying.

At first, I didn't notice anything unusual, but I gradually became more stressed. As usual, I tried in every possible way to fit in with the popular kids in my class, but they ended up isolating me. Even so, that year I managed to make a few good friends, including the girl who would become my first serious girlfriend.

The following year, the more popular students isolated me even more, so I became stressed and changed schools. At that school, I had many friends, knew almost everyone, and stopped studying, spending most of my time just messing around with everyone. However, when my father saw my grades—which had always been good—he decided to transfer me back to my old school.

It's also worth mentioning that I had changed schools at one point because I had a serious argument with my father and went to live with my mother. When I returned to my old school, the atmosphere was much better, and the rest of that year was very good.

The following year, when I was in ninth grade, things got drastically worse. I ended up dating a girl—not seriously—but she cheated on me after only one week of dating. At the same time, I ended up getting into arguments with everyone in my class over stupid things. This time, all the students in my class isolated me, and I was forced to change classes again, this time at the school's administration's request because my behavior had become terrible.

During my first year of high school, I didn't know anyone in my new class except my best friend, whom I convinced to move to the same class as me. Even so, I ended up arguing with the entire class again and, once again, became isolated.

But this time was different. I had another, much more serious argument with my father. The next day, I went to school and suddenly realized that nobody liked me. Even my best friend had started doing other activities and no longer included me.

From that day on, I changed completely. I couldn't even speak in public anymore. I couldn't talk to anyone I didn't already know, and I felt extremely anxious in public places. I was 15 years old.

The following year, I had an argument with my older brother and ended up physically hurting him. This traumatized me quite badly. From that point on, I couldn't even defend myself when I experienced verbal—and sometimes even physical—aggression.

Even so, I continued with my life and eventually started dating again and had a reasonably active social life.

I started experiencing psychotic symptoms in 2023, when I was 21 years old. At the time, I had just ended a four-year relationship, had returned to studying engineering, was in my fourth semester, and had just gotten my first internship.

At the time, I was taking around nine courses at university, but I had enrolled in twelve and eventually dropped three. I was also doing my internship during the gaps between my classes because, in my country, engineering programs are full-time. This meant that on some days I would wake up at 4 a.m. to get to work early and wouldn't go to sleep until 11 p.m.

I experienced a lot of psychological abuse during that internship. As a result, I became increasingly anxious. I remember coming home from work feeling physical pain throughout my body because of the stress, and on my days off, I could barely get out of bed because of how exhausted I was.

My first strange memory happened at my father's birthday party. I had been drinking heavily and eventually blacked out. While I was unconscious, I somehow developed a memory that I had taken off my clothes and kissed my cousin's wife.

It's important to mention that, at the time, I was already taking a mild antidepressant to try to deal with the problems I had been experiencing.

After that, the first psychotic symptoms I experienced involved THINKING I was hearing other people's voices. They always came in the form of an old memory of a conversation I had had with that person. The person wasn't actually speaking inside my head in the present; rather, I would have a memory of that person saying that something was going to happen in the future.

One very important detail is that these memories talked about me in a derogatory way, but they ALWAYS prohibited suicide. They would say that I would go to hell if I killed myself and that I had to suffer here on Earth as a consequence of my sins.

These memories also told me that I was supposed to become rich, but because I had committed the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, that would never happen. They also said that because of this, I would become a failure, a bad father, and a bad husband—which I believe are two of my biggest dreams in life.

For a long time, I also believed that I had masturbated in one of my university classrooms and that, because of this, the girls at university were planning to report me, set me up, and do other things to me.

Today, I know that this memory isn't real.

What I find strange is that I remember trying to force myself to acquire this memory because I was feeling very depressed and wanted a reason to feel like I didn't belong in society. However, even that memory isn't very reliable, because in the memory I was in my bedroom, and the location of objects in the room was wrong. For example, my bed was positioned horizontally rather than vertically, as it normally is.

I don't physically hear voices coming out of nowhere. However, when I can't hear someone perfectly, my brain interprets what they are saying as if they were saying negative things about me.

On the other hand, if someone is speaking directly to me, loudly and clearly, I have no problem understanding what they are actually saying.

Generally, I don't see things that don't exist. Instead, my brain creates memories of things that never happened and interprets them as if they were real memories.

If I think about these memories too much, I start feeling as though I am being persecuted because of the things I supposedly did in those "memories." And the more I think about them, the more my brain seems to improve them, add details to them, or create new and even worse memories.

Recently, my brain has started creating these memories in real time and replacing what I am actually seeing and doing.

For example, I was talking to my father about a job opportunity. Suddenly, I stopped talking for a few seconds—probably around three seconds—and, in my mind, I looked behind me and saw my younger siblings insulting me for approximately 30 seconds.

The thing is, I never actually looked behind me. I simply imagined the entire thing.

Another very important detail is that when I have memories like these, such as memories of my siblings insulting me, I cannot even move inside the memory and I can rarely say anything.

Even when I try very hard, they feel like episodes of sleep paralysis, except that I am awake.

I also cannot sleep like I used to before the psychosis began. Even while taking medication, I can only get one full night's sleep every three or four days, when I am completely exhausted.

What I have been trying to do is record things, and this usually makes the effects of these memories disappear when I compare the memories with the recordings.

Additionally, my father installed cameras inside the house, which has allowed me to better understand what happens to my body while my mind is hallucinating.

This is what allowed me to realize that there seems to be some kind of distortion of time.

From my perspective, several seconds or even minutes may have passed, but in reality, almost no time has passed at all.

One more thing that may be worth mentioning is that, since I was a child, I have always been someone who daydreams a lot and imagines scenarios or impossible things, usually just for fun.

At the moment, I am taking a fairly strong antidepressant, and this has been the best period I've had in the past three years. The voice has practically disappeared (it happened twice in the last two weeks), and I no longer feel like I am being persecuted. The memories are still happening, but they have become less frequent.

I would like to point out that antipsychotics didn't really work properly for me because they didn't take away the feeling that these memories were real. Quetiapine in particular made me extremely tired, to the point where I could barely get out of bed.

I've also been doing a lot of research into genetic testing to find out whether I carry any of the genes associated with schizophrenia. However, it seems that these tests are still somewhat experimental and that health people can have such genes too. Has anyone here ever had one of these tests done? To be honest i am kinda desperate with the diagnostic of schizophrenia I would do anything to get better and prove it's just a depression.

how do you know you’re getting psychotic?

Lately I’ve been feeling kinda detached from reality, but I started to get worried about this when I started hearing things. I woke up in the middle of the night and I thought I was listening to music, I could hear it, I checked my phone and there was nothing. Today I was listening to a car alarm, but I don’t know if it’s real, I don’t think it is cause I was in a class full of people and no one seemed to notice. I don’t know if I’m getting psychotic or even if you can be aware you’re getting psychotic. Anyone can help me?

schizophrenia psychosis

I’m desperately looking for advice and help. My family doesn’t know what to do anymore. 💔
My brother has been using drugs, especially MD, for a long time. He also drinks alcohol/beer regularly. Things have now reached a point where we are genuinely scared for his safety and for our family.
About 20 days ago, we admitted him to a rehabilitation centre because his behaviour and mental state had become extremely concerning. He was diagnosed with psychosis, and one of the most heartbreaking things is that he doesn’t realise that he is unwell.
He looks at me — his own sister — and thinks I’m a stranger. He thinks my parents are strangers too and believes that someone has replaced us. I honestly cannot explain how painful and frightening it is to hear your own brother say that he doesn’t recognise you.
He was also sending threatening messages to our relatives, which made us even more scared.
After around 20 days of treatment and medication, he started getting better. He became calmer and seemed more like himself. Because my parents are extremely emotional and couldn’t bear to see him in the rehabilitation centre, we brought him home.
But now we feel like we made a terrible mistake.
He has started taking MD again. We are still giving him the medication prescribed by his doctor, but he is using drugs at the same time. He still believes that we are strangers and doesn’t seem to understand that he has psychosis or that he needs help.
We are completely helpless and terrified. We love him so much, but we don’t know how to protect him when he doesn’t believe he is sick and keeps going back to drugs.
Has anyone here experienced something similar — psychosis caused or worsened by drugs, especially MD, along with addiction?
What did you do when the person refused to accept that they were unwell?
Should we take him back to a rehabilitation centre, a psychiatric hospital, or somewhere else?
Any genuine advice, personal experiences, or resources would mean so much to us right now. We just want our brother back. 💔

I can't be bad

When i do bad things or say or even think bad things I get punished and feel.super small. It's almost like the lord keeps me small And rightfully. Only when I am kind and good vibe it's when I feel best. Why I need to be the good guy. I feel my heart is in the way sometimes.

What’s happening? Need insight.

So about 2 weeks ago I did weed. I had a really bad trip and it made me hallucinate. I saw these pods people were in and they were being charged. I’m scared those pods are where we are in rn and they are being charged and creating a video game esque simulation that we are in now. My brain turned off and I may have saw the truth. I am aware what I’m saying is so delusional but I’m starting to believe it more and more. I think I’m ok tho. I still go to work and do everything else I think it just felt real. Any ideas what’s happening?

I used to think dark entities were attacking me with energy beams.

It all started when I was dreaming, and someone in my dream, this man was wearing armor, and he struck me with a light beam. It was so powerful I felt it in real life. It felt every nerve in my body was jolting. It made me jump out of my bed.

This one i wasn’t really scared or terrified. I just didn’t pay it no mind and treated it like a nightmare. It kept happening and happening.

But overtime, out of nowhere the intensity increased like 100x fold. This time I felt electrocuted from the core of my being. The shock was so intense and unexpected the jerk jump made me fly out of my bed and broke everything in my room.

It was different this time, it felt like a demon was trying to take control of my body and possess me, I started screaming out of full terror mode. This all happened less than 2 seconds, from waking up to leaping from the other side of my room. Everything happened less than 2 seconds, mind u I just was in deep sleep like 1 second ago and everything was peaceful.

I’ve never in my life reacted and jump that fast ever. I jumped out of my bed and leaped to the other side of my room like a fucking superhero, like I teleported. 😭but anyway, The terror mode of me running and screaming happened for 2 minutes.

Afterwards I had no clue what happened and why I was screaming, I just felt like my body moved instinctively until a few moments I remembered I was electrocuted and remembered what happened.

After that this spiritual dude told me that this entity was messing with me, he was trying to put fear into me, but since I had ptsd from what happened I believe in him. I started to believe that entities were attacking me with light beams, and I believed that the world was going to end soon.

If you experience what I felt in my electrocution + panic attack trust me you’ll go into psychosis too.

But thankfully I got out of psychosis somehow, it’s Manily because I started going places and having a social life, and doing things meditation and just living life. But trust me psychosis is like hell, especially the one I went through. I don’t want my worst enemy to go through this, I was crying being thankful to God that other people aren’t going through what I went through.

But yeah I still have no clue on why I was being electrocution in my dream, and no it’s not a hypnotic jerk, I’ve had hypnotic jerks before and it wasn’t like this. The one i experienced was full body electrocution like my nerves firing all at once.

I don’t believe that entities are attacking me with light beams anymore but I still don’t know what that was.

Now I take melatonin everyday, and it never happened again. Well it only happened once. I had other sleep problems like sleep paralysis and astral projection, but the electrical shock attack only happened a couple times and the most intensive one occurred only one time, thank God.

i’m on prozac and after a surgery i had a little over a month ago, i got really wonky with taking it. since then i’ve just felt not myself. i get explosive anger and feel irritated all the time. all the time now i think my partner is cheating or lying to me, or that they aren’t themselves but actually someone else because they act differently. i feel so jumbled, my brain fog is even worse than before and i can’t make sense of anything in my head. i keep hearing things more often as well, like knocking on the door, my name being called, or seeing things in my peripheral vision. i also just can’t seem to full control myself, i hit my head on the wall or get overwhelmed and jump out of bed without thinking. that’s not frequent but it is just new. i had a week and a half point where i also had no meds because my refill was pushed back, and i also smoke week and had a point where i stopped for a while as well. i know weed could be a factor too but these symptoms started much before that period. that’s all the info i have.

How did the voices predict the future… I’m a little scared

So I thought I was suffering from thought broadcasting that a group of people could read my every thought. I was arguing with them and they said they were going to send someone to my house. Sure enough somebody just knocked on my window. We already had a discussion about them sending someone to my window. I didn’t think it was a good idea to check so I never saw who it was. How can this be possible I’m freaking out

I miss my psychosis.

What the title says. I miss being so delusional to the point where i had an extremely inflated ego. I never had to feel embarassed nor do i ever need to regret anything. Its like waking up manic and unstopable everyday for months. I rarely fear anything and rarely feel any negative feelings.

Hello. I am not schizophrenic, but I experienced psychosis for five years. During my psychosis, I experienced systematic delusions and paranoia, but I never had any hallucinations.

I experienced my first paranoid episode when I was 17. I thought that the cats in the park underneath my apartment building were actually people from school whom I disliked. When I was 18, my delusions started. I believed that a boy from school had hacked my phone, had people on motorcycles follow me, and had some people at my faculty listen in on my phone. I also thought that people I encountered at university who said things similar to things I had talked about on my phone were somehow listening to my phone.

Because of my delusions, I became withdrawn and stopped communicating with people. Despite my psychosis and major depression, I graduated in four years from a good university, from a demanding program like law school.

After I finished university, I started having panic attacks. I was experiencing several panic attacks a day as well as hypervigilance. I think this lasted for about four months. This situation made my psychosis worse. I started experiencing paranoia 24/7. I became paranoid that I would be poisoned, harmed, or that someone would cast spells on me.

I eventually went to a psychiatrist, who prescribed me an antidepressant and an antipsychotic. However, this constant, 24/7 state of paranoia continued for months.

There is also something else I should mention. In my country, a new requirement was introduced that you have to pass an exam in order to complete the mandatory legal traineeship required to become a lawyer. I could not pass the exam while I was in this condition. I had absolutely no motivation to study, and honestly, I still don't.

I am under pressure from my mother and older sister to pass the exam as soon as possible and start working in the public sector. This was putting me under even more stress.

This summer, I got into a relationship, and my boyfriend and I meet every few days. Since I still live with my family, I have to ask my parents for permission. Tomorrow, I wanted to go swimming at the beach with my boyfriend. But my mother and father kept pressuring me, saying that it would not be possible and that this was not a normal thing to want.

I had been holding so much inside for so long that I finally exploded. I told them that I had experienced psychosis and major depression partly because of the genes I inherited from them, that my university life had been terrible because of my paranoia, that I had been under stress 24/7, that I had no friends, and that I also had the right to have fun and enjoy my life.

However, because I never experienced hallucinations, my mother and father did not take my psychosis seriously. They told me that my university life had been bad because of me, that I had chosen to become withdrawn, and that anyone could become paranoid.

I was also only able to see a psychiatrist for seven months, and even though I went only once a month, my family seemed to have a problem with even that. They can easily afford to pay for psychiatric care.

I brought this up as well. I told them, "People see psychiatrists once a week for problems much smaller than mine, but even though I went through psychosis, I scheduled my psychiatric appointments four months apart because that was what you wanted."

I said a few more things, and then the argument ended.

Now I want to ask you something. Please be objective: Do you think I am stuck in a victim mentality?

After experiencing psychosis and major depression for years, am I lazy because I did not immediately start studying after graduating?

I am just tired, and I want to take care of myself for a while.

How can I help?

i have a family member who i grew up with who is going through it. he used to be such a sweet kid and it breaks my heart to see him like this. he is a heavy weed user. he refuses treatment. he has delusions.

i have tried to listen to him. being rational doesn’t help, just not saying anything doesn’t help. i cant agree with the things he says. I try to be there for him but i cant be there all the time. is this a problem with no solutions? i want to help him but i dont know how.

im sure a lot of people have gone through what I am going through. it would be nice to just hear what worked or didn’t work for you.

thanks for reading guys
