Context: I recently made a post about my username, cracky6593, being banned for containing “Illegal/Regulated” content. As a few of you pointed out, there was a popular creator, Cracky4, that has an almost identical username, but has not had their username banned.

So I appealed the ban and… Roblox basically told me, “f**k you, see above”. I’m pretty flabbergasted. I know Roblox isn’t known for their stellar customer service, but this is pretty ridiculous. It seems extremely, extremely unfair.

Look, I know it’s not a huge deal and they even offered a free username change. But I liked my old one- I’ve even grown a bit attached to it in the 15 years of playing. And there is seemingly nothing wrong with it.

How would you guys go about getting this fixed? Should I just throw in the towel? This kind of stuff is so annoying to deal with.

So recently I got banned and they won't even respond to my appeals and it's really ticking me off. I've seen a video saying that the ban waves are targeting accounts with limiteds and high value in general and that it's someone on the inside causing all these. I was banned on August 23rd and I've been waiting since then. I've sent 2 appeals and I've also got a MIDR written out. I feel like they are purposely avoiding my appeal and at this point I feel like Roblox should just be shut down due to being so corrupt and devs should just make an indie game off of their platform. The fact they won't even let me see my chats that got me banned is super suspicious to me as well

So my main got banned because of an old alt from 2 years linked to it for "sexual content". I've been pretending to be a mother and had to make up a story to up my chances of getting my main back. But they kept repeating the same thing and after 20 emails back and forth they respond with this. Does this mean I'm done for???

As many people, I got enforcement banned for being linked to someone who violated community standards, but I never seen that person. I've submitted over 50 appeals and a MIDR, but they got rejected. Then, about a weekn or two ago, I filed for ODS.

Hey all! Never thought in my 10 years on the platform I'd get this.

For context, I was bored and playing Blade Ball a couple nights ago when a player privately messaged me and offered to make a 3D render of my avatar. I was curious and pleasantly surprised, so I accepted. I added them on Discord and fell right into their trap. I copied and pasted from my inspect code... aaaand got my account yoinked. Apparently, this was a pretty common trap to steal valuable skins and items from games like Blade Ball, Blox Fruits, and MM2, but I guess I am a filthy casual and didn't see this scam going around.

I instantly got alerted by my security emails about an unauthorized sign-in across the sea, followed by 2 charges of $99.99 on my credit card. Lesson learned: do NOT save payment methods on your account, no matter how lazy you are 😭.

Roblox's policy states that charges cannot be disputed with your bank and only be disputed through support, as long as you haven't spent it. I got through to support, got my almost 200 dollar refund... but alas.

I got banned. Reason: repeated refund requests. For items bought on 8/31/2026 at 1:00 AM. WELL NO DUH, THAT WASN'T ME. But I think they automatically ban/delete accounts that get refunds to their bank.

Sent them an appeal of the ban last night, got an automated message that it was denied. I replied to that automated message, including the fact I wanted to speak to a human and sent screenshots of evidence, only to get this in return. Siiiiiigh. And I really can't tell if it's a human or not.

I'll give it a couple more days until my refund settles in my credit account, and try again through a content appeal.

I really do hope something can be done. Started back in 2016 with this thing, and I've spent hundreds on this account.

Any other advice or help would be appreciated!

TLDR: Roblox automatically banned my account after refunds, and still refuses the appeal even though I sent clearly pictured evidence to support my innocence :')

I created my Roblox account in 2011. Earlier this month, my username that I made when I was 7 years old, cracky6593, got banned out of nowhere for containing Illegal/Regulated content. Seems pretty ridiculous that it flew just fine for 15 years and is only now a problem.

I get why; it contains the substring 'crack'. However, it's just a combination of my first and last name. Hopefully the appeal is successful.

Please do keep in mind this is just something that crossed my mind and didn't ever leave. I am not stating facts here, I wish to know people's opinions on this.

What if Roblox has been launching these massive ban-waves with reason "Other" and so on and so on, just so they can get more people to ID verify? I've been enforcement banned before just for my face on my devex account.
I slowly refuse to believe this is a coincidence.
Would a company go such lengths just to gain more data about their players?
I'm interested in everyone's opinion.

I know this is just a warning, but I’m still very worried. One time I was banned for something for one day, and then I was banned for the very same thing for 6 months (I hadn’t played that game since the previous ban) and now I feel like I’ll be banned permanently because of something that doesn’t matter. What can I do to make sure I don’t get banned? Is there anything I can do or do I just have to try to survive the Roblox Rapture™?

So i was greeted w this and i just dont know what to do this is my 3rd account and ive gotten all my siblings banned before so what shall i do just delete roblox atp and not play again like im at a lost for words also id like to add on ive not been online all day and one of my siblings did tell me they saw me on some random ai slop racing game so i dont know anymore.

I have also noticed many other users reporting similar terminations around the same time, so I’m concerned my account may have been affected by a wider enforcement wave. I would appreciate a manual review of my account activity and the reason for my termination.

I was falsely banned due to AI moderation and I've sent multiple appeals (around 20 within 6 days) regarding this without response. I swore in a private 18+ party chat, which roblox allows and was shortly perma banned afterwords. I am reaching out to appeal for my account, and this was a false AI moderated ban. My device has also been fully banned. I am not allowed to play roblox on this device.

So my friend got ban on roblox cause he made his roblox bio "Dsc: v_vun" he put his discord on his roblox profile. He got ban for 2 weeks and I logged into his account ages ago around a few months ago and when he got ban ALL of my accs got the 2 week ban too, is it possible to explain to roblox that it wasn't my fault and I shouldn't be ban for 2 weeks cause of him idk bc the roblox support is kinda ass so I'd like to see what people have to say concluding we don't even share the same IP since he is in portugal im in switzerland

If you didn't get it, I was banned for three messages that "I sent" on the 17th of August, yet I wasn't even on Roblox on that day, and no I wasn't hacked

Hi, I was banned on August 18th and I’m not sure what to do. I was given a basic guide on sending supports forms & appealing on the game which I’ve tried. It’s simply just not working or I have not tried hard enough, I’ll give a quick run down. I sent my first appeal August 23rd (though that day I sent five more I got confused on instructions I was given ) and asked for an ROA for this chat evidence because I have no idea what it is (you can see oddly enough the dates don’t even match) I got no replies to those appeals or to the ROA request . I’ve sent six more appeals after the initial six I sent and got no response . I’ll also list how I formulated the appeals , so I wrote out the first appeal myself & tried to avoid words that can trigger Roblox AI responses . From there I showed the list of words that can “trigger Roblox AI responses “ and told it to rephrase or/and reword it . The later reply forms I asked it to be more firm on demanding a human agent to respond though I already stated it prior in the paragraph. That was the outline for the support appeals I sent . I’ve been doing digging and I’ve been getting mixed response. I would like to explore the best options to get me the best and quickest chance of an overturn on my termination . I heard BBB is another option but I’ve seen some people say it’s alright and some say it’s bad . I’ve seen and been inquiring about an MIDR for the past week, I’ve been trying to see with my current circumstance if it’s worth it or not. Since I’m only a week in & I haven’t even got the ROA reply back. People told me after a week or a month to send a MIDR. I should mention I’m not how to do it or where to get the Specfic letter format to write out the dispute etc. I’m also not fully sure how to send it from where I am Canada but that’s probably the simplest part and would be around 30 cad( I believe you have to send it on fedex and send it to Roblox headquarters) . I’m just confused and I’m not sure if I’m pushing too hard or to less on the support appeals . I Honeslty want this done quick within the next two months or so but with what I’ve seen I may need to be patient . This is just an update on the massive ban wave happening this year. On top of the automated link-bans, safety violations, and dating terminations going around, the system is now handing out full account deletions for "Account Theft" (as seen in the screenshot from August 20th).Be extremely careful right now. If you are doing large trades, moving high-value items between alt accounts, using a VPN, or logging in from unfamiliar devices, the automated system might flag your account as compromised or stolen.Keep your security tight and maybe hold off on any risky trading until this wave cools down. Stay safe out there. Peace.

hi guys I sent a physical letter to Roblox ON August 8th and I haven’t gotten a email yet I’m a little impatient should I wait or email them?

I'll try my best to keep this short.

My account "@acksuh" was terminated on October 10th, 2025 for the reason: "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account". I successfully appealed it 4 days later, believing it was some false positive at the time.

Now, on March 12th, my account had been banned once again, albeit with new information this time; the first two letters of the linked account. "@wo*****"

I was utterly dumbfounded, I kept on looking online and appealing constantly to no avail, until on April 25th, I stumbled upon sammikyu's devforum post where she went on to complain about her enforcement ban. Something was strange about it though, literally every single detail of her ban was the exact same as mine. Same timing, same previous termination in 2025 but she was silently unbanned after me, and the same two letters.

I got into contact with her and we found out that we were both beamed (hacked) back in June of 2022. By the same hacker, using different Roblox accounts that were linked to eachother. Those accounts were "@speedraceronaktm" and "@Kumalaluh". We looked through every single terminated friend on both of these accounts until we found this linking:

speedraceronaktm > DeannaKing8 > 91lolezgood > TYP_HYPIXELGoodcorn > Tunguri > Tunguri2 > woskkslw

There is no doubt in this, it simply cannot be a simple coincidence.

During May, several of my alt accounts started getting terminated, to a new account starting with the letters EK which I am completely unaware of. I decided to only include two of my alts in my MIDR which held some value to me.

So, 2 months after discovering this with Sammy, I decided to send a MIDR to Roblox. It arrived to them on June 29th, 2026. 63 days later, on August 28th, Roblox responded with the rejection I attached above.

I genuinely do not know what I should do. Roblox did not even mention Sammy's account in my MIDR's response. She just sent her own MIDR on the 29th of August, but her case also includes my username which would probably drag her down to an instant rejection. We have done nothing wrong on the platform at ALL. Roblox can't even provide us with the full username of the linked account either, despite our evidence being the most solid any enforcement ban could have.

This is 100% the most well-documented enforcement ban on Roblox, yet we are here awaiting any form of recognition by Roblox. I will not be considering the MIDR response as a proper one since Roblox did not recognize Sammy in it. I've also attached an image of my MIDR's demands, clearly stating that I wanted her to get unbanned. I was basically representing her at that point.

I've already sent in an FTC complaint, BBB complaint, tried to report this on HackerOne as a legitimate vulnerability in the enforcement ban system mistakenly terminating previously compromised users just to get denied by HackerOne analysts.

I've also attached an image of my account's restoration process back on July 5th, 2022. That should've completely disputed anything regarding the hacker back then but I guess not.

I really wanna go for arbitration, but I'm not a US citizen. I am trying to manage it with any of my American friends but this seems to be too much of a hassle, especially to college students who wouldn't have time to spare. I really don't know what to do. It could be easily solved if only a real human being at Roblox decided to look through this thoroughly and clarify what had gone wrong, if it wasn't clear enough from what me and Sammy discovered.
