Should I be writing my scripts on my notes app

I've been writing a show script for a good while now and I've written each episode on my notes app should I change this or is it ok idk

I don't plan too film it I just do it for fun/hobby

Okay. If you strictly want to do this for your own amusement, then you can write it on anything you like. However, if you think this may have the potential to lead somewhere someday in the future, then use proper screenwriting software. Learn how to use it from the beginning, and it will save you a lot of effort later. It's really not that difficult to pick up. There are good free ones available that work at a professional level, so you don't have to fork out any money if you don't want to.

I would not be doing it in notes. Maybe write a synopsis and a treatment, but not the script. Even if nobody’s gonna read it, you should format it more or less correctly. Both if you ever wanna show it to someone, but also just to get the point where you wanna write scripts that’s meant to be read. This way you practice the right formatting. You don’t need final draft, but I would change to pages/words at least, just because it gives you a lot more tools

That's fine if that's the process that works for you!

At some point, you'll have to type it up into a proper script format on a computer but that can be part of re drafting process. A lot of people do something similar by writing the first draft by hand and then typing it up later.

In the '60s and and '70s we still wrote scripts on notepads and/or on typewriters. You can use almost anything so long as you get the formatting right.
