Hello there! I'm currently in search of a D&D roleplay idea that requires multiple characters, so please do not apply if you cannot handle that. I do not do platonic roleplays; there must be romance. For this plot, I will be playing as the role of GM while also playing characters alongside yours. You will be leading the party in all decisions, so you can experience it yourself. Also, for this, you need to be proficient in making characters on an app (i personally prefer dndbeyond), so long as I can have access to it. Any other things and character creation will be discussed after we get talking about it. I will list the plot, preferences, and some information about me as well below.

**D&D Plot: Sinful Nature**

The lands of Magnolia are now at peace after a 50 year war befell the land. The war, dubbed The Hellfire Betrayal, was a very gruesome war started by the tieflings in a struggle for more power. Having called upon the nine layers of hell for victory, it was almost won until Eric Deybark caused the greatest explosion known to man. A power which had once been believed only known to the gods. Leaving the tiefling race exiled from most lands, there'd only be one place where they could feel truly safe and welcomed - Susashtuon. A country that decided not all were guilty and once inside the borders, would be able to change their own fate. Since the end of the terrible war, Magnolia has been reforming and recovering the lands left damaged. After nearly 100 years, the land is fully recovered, but now something sinister lurks beyond the surface. Seeds of sin have come out to play across Magnolia, causing strange events to occur across the continent. Two weeks ago, the sky turned red and the air became engulfed in flames. Breakouts of monsters began appearing and environments changed slightly. Several people were marked and now the guild master of Susashtuon has called upon them to discuss their future. As the heroes enter, they are met with the setup of a very important festival now celebrating 100 years of peace. The temple lurks in the background, but what secrets lie within? Only time will tell these poor souls...

*This campaign requires 8 characters - split 4/4 for us. There are a lot of additional things to add into this that we will have to discuss privately.*

So, I want to preface this by saying I typically write in third person, but I am open to other perspectives. I tend to write a minimum of two paragraphs per response. This story will include a lot of romantic tension and, ideally, some emotionally heavy moments. Bonus points if you want to chat and get to know each other outside of just being writing partners!

There’s two chapters to this story, we can obviously write both, but I’m more than okay with skipping over to the second chapter.

Our characters have been best friends since kindergarten. I’ve been to every one of your birthday parties, we’ve walked home together ever since we were in the second grade, we’ve even invited each other to family vacations, etc. We’ve always been close, in spite of how different we are. You were always more of an introvert, but I couldn’t be any more different. My outgoingness even landed me a small acting gig in a local commercial, which ended up snowballing into something bigger.

The first chapter of this story opens with what your character thinks is just another sleepover. My little brother keeps pestering us, all while you’re in awe of him and cheering him on. Slowly, over the course of the night, our characters start to uncover some romantic feelings for each other. It’s always been looming over us, especially when other people pointed it out, but we’ve never paid much attention to it. After all, why *can’t* a boy and a girl just be friends? Later on, things come to a boiling point, only for my character to tell you that he’s moving to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. You’re understandably heartbroken. The morning after is awkward and uncomfortable for more reasons than one.

The second chapter of this story opens three years later. Once I left town, we didn’t stay in touch. That wasn’t really your call. Every time you tried reaching out, you would never get the responses that you expected. You suspect it’s because I was too busy to keep up with you. To fill up the empty space, you started getting into songwriting and playing the piano because you needed some way to put into words just how angry you were at me. Instead of letting it eat you up inside, you wanted to channel it into something creative. You put some of your songs up on social media and gained a small following. You started getting messages from people in the industry who wanted to sign you to a record deal and eventually, you decided to bite. While in the midst of sending out college applications, you signed with a record label.

You got an apartment in Santa Monica and started going to recording studios to work on new music. You put out your first song, that one song you’d written years ago that kept resonating with you. Obviously it was about me. All of our old friends could tell it was about me. Suddenly, you’re everywhere. Your face is on billboards, your name is in tabloids, it was... terrifying. You get an invite to an industry event, from some CEO. You figure it’s a good way to make connections. After all, you’re the new girl in town. Everybody wants to talk to you... including me.

From the minute we spotted each other across the crowded room, our eyes widened.

And that’s where we pick up from.

Hello! I'm back again looking to revitalize my love of writing! Below is some general information about me!

* I am 23 and prefer to roleplay with those 20+! IRL gender is irrelevant to me. My timezone is GMT-5 (EST), and I am a Novella writer. I’m capable of replying every 1-3 days, sometimes quicker, but this fluctuates based on my work schedule. 

* Genres I am familiar with include : High Fantasy, Romance (non-negotiable), Angst, and Supernatural. I prefer to pick a pairing and build a plot around it, but I’m open to selecting a trope and expanding on it as well, (i.e. Prince x Knight, Gentle x Gruff). I want someone to world build with, whether that is in my world or yours! Bonus points if you’ve crafted some races of your own.

* ⁠I am looking for someone who is willing to become friends outside of roleplay! OOC communication is very important to me. I want to create mini stories/plots, AUs, headcanons, send each other memes that remind us of our story and characters, and gush about them together! If you are the type to wordlessly send replies, or will not reciprocate when I do the things listed above, I will not roleplay with you. OOC is basically a requirement for me, as it’s inherently tied to my motivation. I don’t want to treat this art form like a chore.

* ⁠I roleplay LGTBQ+ romance only. MxM is what I have the most experience with, but I’m open to FxF. I just need to be very partial to the pairing to move forward with it. 

* ⁠I only accept and use drawn references, whether by you or an artist you discovered on Pinterest or some other platform. Realistic face claims are a hard pass. Do not approach me with references containing a character of dubious age either. If I can mistake them for an adolescent, I’m not comfortable roleplaying with you and will not respond.

* My characters are diverse in both design and personality, some possessing  monster/folklore characteristics. I am hoping to find someone who does the same! I am not currently interested in playing against characters that are: Overly passive, petite/short, are hyper dependent, or possess ‘excessive’ traumas ( A sad or difficult backstory is fine, but when things continuously go wrong for the character it quickly becomes draining ). These characters are often exhausting to write against, as much as I hate to generalize. So at the moment I have to be quite strict about this.

For some time i’ve been longing to play my oc who is a prince. Personally i have interest in your character als being a prince, however i would also be fine with another role.

As I do not have a proper plot i guess i will just let out some ideas!

\\-Both of the princes have hated each other for as long as they have known each other. However, at a masquerade ball they have gotten to know each other, without knowing they each are the prince the other one despises. In the garden, they even got romantically involved with each other. How will they react when one of the princes mask fell off?

\\-Muse A, a prince has been engaged to a foreign princess. They have met quite a few times when they were a child, but they hadn’t even really formed a friendship. Now they are young adults, and soon to be officially married. The princess and her brother (Muse B and his sister are visiting Muse A’s kingdom as a formality once again. Now meeting Muse B for the first time, Muse A slowly starts developing feelings for him.

Hi there, my name's Tsuki! I'm looking for someone interested in doing a RP set in or inspired by Digimon Fusion/Xros Wars! I've been revisiting the series recently and have been wanting to actually explore its world and characters through RP. While I am looking to write some canon characters myself, I am happy to also include OCs! If you're familiar with the show and plot, great! If not, I can explain the core concepts I would like to keep if needed. Mostly, I'm looking to keep the idea of the Digital World being split into individual themed sections [or Zones] and that the plot involves an evil army aiming to take control over the entire world, one Zone at a time. Other things are more flexible depending on whether we want to include them or not, like still focusing on fusing Digimon over Digivolution.

What I'm looking for:

- Digimon-only characters. I'd prefer for the story to focus entirely on Digimon rather than having human protagonists. [I'm interested in telling a different kind of story than we typically see in the anime. On the off chance someone specifically wants to do a fully canon-based Fusion/Xros Wars RP, I'd be open to including the canon human characters for that.]

- A Fusion/Xros Wars-inspired setting, though I'm very open to changing or expanding the world with our own ideas.

- Collaborative plotting! I much prefer starting with a general premise and developing the story naturally as we write rather than planning everything in advance.

- A mix of adventure, character development, worldbuilding, action, and romance [but not necessary].

- I'm fine with slower replies as long as there is communication. I don't expect rapid-fire responses, but I do appreciate knowing if someone is going to be unavailable for an extended period.

- RP partners must be over the age of 18.

My average reply lengths are typically 1-3 paragraphs, with some being longer if I'm setting a scene or something. I don't expect line matching, as long as we're both putting in effort and moving the plot forward. I write third person, past tense. EST timezone.

I'm most looking forward to writing about Reapmon, who is one of my favorite Digimon characters. I'd love to explore more of his character and flesh out his development further than the anime did. There are some other canon characters I may also want to write, though I'm more flexible on only including them if they fit the story. [Or if we end up doing a fully Fusion-canon story.] I'm especially interested in developing relationships between characters organically, whether they be platonic or romantic. If we focus on romantic pairings, I typically prefer M/M but am open to other pairings if the character chemistry is good.

I'd love to use the 108 Zones as a sandbox and expand on areas of the Digital World that the anime didn't get much opportunity to explore. I'm interested in incorporating some of the locations from the manga that are barely shown, such as Snow Zone, Study Zone, and Factory Zone.

I'm also totally open to creating our own Zones, Digimon groups, conflicts, and lore as we go. I'm more interested in taking the basic ideas of Xros Wars and seeing what we can make out of them than strictly following canon.

I don't have a single fixed plot that you would need to agree to. I'd rather figure out what sounds fun to both of us and then start writing.

Witch and her newfound apprentice:

I kinda stole this from an old comic I once read, but I’m changing it up for sake of roleplay! The story follows a runaway prince who ran away from his duties and kingdom, in search of being normal, feeling loved. In his process, he stumbles across a strange cabin, outside the kingdom gates, in this cabin, a witch finds him, and saves him. In turn for allowing the prince to stay, she makes him her apprentice, and from here, the story follows their life together, ultimately, I’d like for there to be a romantic connection between the two after build up of course! This one is one of my favorites.

the strange roommate: this story follows a young man, and his roommate. This story is much more open ended, as this one is used in case someone wants to play a character that isn’t human, more so a hybrid. Can be discussed more if you’d like!

fandoms: in terms of fandoms I’m in many, such as Genshin impact, MHA, Demon slayer, overwatch, valorant, and way way more. Please feel free to ask about them below or in dms!

A bit about me, I'm a 29 year old, literate male roleplayer on the east coast of the USA! I ask that you yourself are at least 21 years old if you contact me. I enjoy anime, dragons, music, writing, dragons, reading, cooking, dragons, and many other things besides. Did I mention dragons?

The main thing I enjoy though are DETAILS in a roleplay! To imagine that smokey smell from a roaring campfire, curling up beside it to feel its warmth while looking up at the millions of stars in the night sky! That's just a small, oh-so-very short example of the details I crave to experience in roleplay, but essentially I want to imagine myself in that position, to vicariously experience what the characters are experiencing. And more importantly, I want to become friends with whoever I roleplay with! To discuss our hobbies, hyperfixate on topics we're passionate about, and just enjoy connecting.

As for the more general types of roleplays I do, I'm fine with more action adventure mixed with romance themed roleplays, slice of life and romance, slice of life and wholesome, family based separate from romance, modern day themes, fantasy themes, sci-fi themes, and even mixing themes and genres! We can go as far or as little in creating the lore of the world as you'd like. I can also roleplay in either first or third person, with a preference for third person.

NOW THE MEAT AND POTATOES! What are the plot types I'm looking for!

I'm primarily looking for someone to roleplay plots revolving around one of three primary subjects: perhaps something family based, something with romance, or something with the Bonded species I created. The first two would be VERY SEPARATE FROM ONE ANOTHER! No romance between family members, please for the love of god pay attention to this if nothing else from my post.

To summarize Bonded, think humanoid people who have had their souls linked to the souls of various creatures, both real and imaginary in the fashion of the dragon riders from Christopher Paolini. This results in super powerful individuals with various incredible abilities, and basically immortal beings in the sense of never aging past a point and being utter badasses. No, this is NOT a creature romance, though romance can occur between the human/humanoid characters.

I'm also open to playing in another world like our own, but with magical species and beings having existed alongside humans since the start of time and existing side by side in a modern, magical world, mixing in one of the above subjects.

Bonus points are awarded for college romance, librarian based stuff, or something based around Ruri Dragon! Library's are awesome after all, source: a book lover. Also, summer camp. If you approach me with the idea of doing something with a summer camp, I'll be thrilled!

Hello! I'm a 22F looking for a long-term roleplay partner interested in something character-driven, slow-burn, and heavy on tension, angst, and very questionable feelings.👀

I've been roleplaying for around 8/9 years and consider myself fairly experienced. I'm looking for someone who enjoys putting genuine effort into both their characters and the story we're building together. I'm not particularly interested in rushing from plot point A to B - I want the little moments, the buildup, the conflict, the consequences, and all the delicious emotional suffering in between.
I'd love to write with someone who is:
- Literate to advanced-literate.
- Within the 20-30 age-range.
- Comfortable writing detailed, multi-paragraph responses.
- Able to give me enough material to work with rather than relying on one-liners.
- Comfortable discussing preferences, boundaries, and expectations beforehand.
- Someone who values good grammar and readability. Occasional typos don't bother me at all, but I'd like to be able to understand what I'm reading.
- Interested in SLOW-BURN romance (don't hit me up if you want them falling in love after three replies!!!) and LOTS of buildup.

I'm flexible with POV and tense - third or first person, past or present - and I'm happy to match my partner's preference.

Now comes the plot idea I've been playing around with: Our characters were once undercover intelligence operatives working for the same highly classified organization.
And they were good. Almost too good.
They could anticipate one another's movements without speaking. They covered each other's weaknesses, knew exactly when the other needed backup, and operated with a level of efficiency that made them nearly impossible to control.

Together, they were practically lethal.
Which eventually became the problem.

Their superiors realized that putting the two of them together made them considerably more dangerous than keeping them apart. They were beginning to develop their own loyalties, their own methods, and, perhaps most dangerously, a loyalty to each other that outweighed their loyalty to the organization.

So they were separated.

But before that could happen, there was one final mission.
And it went catastrophically wrong.

The operation was compromised. People died. Their entire team was nearly wiped out.
And, in the aftermath, each character came to believe the other had betrayed them.
Maybe one of them gave away their position.
Maybe crucial information was deliberately withheld.
Maybe one of them made a decision that directly resulted in the other's capture.
Whatever happened, neither of them ever got the complete story.
Their organization made sure of that.

They were separated, their careers were destroyed, and eventually they went their separate ways - each carrying the belief that the other had deliberately sabotaged everything they'd built together.

Years later, they're brought back into the same operation.
Except now, they're supposedly on opposite sides.

They've spent years learning to hate one another. Years imagining what they'd say if they ever met again.
Years believing that the person who once had their back was ultimately the person who stabbed them in it.

And then they discover something neither of them expected: the failed mission was never actually a failure.
It was planned.

Their superiors deliberately orchestrated the operation to tear them apart, destroy their trust in one another, and eliminate the loyalty they'd developed outside the organization.
The two operatives who had become too dangerous as a team were turned against each other instead.
And now, years later, evidence begins surfacing that the conspiracy goes even deeper than either of them realized.

Someone inside the organization has been compromised for years.

So, now, the two of them are forced into an uneasy alliance.
They still don't trust one another.
They still have every reason to hate one another.
They still remember exactly how badly the other supposedly betrayed them.
But when things go wrong?
They instinctively fall back into the same rhythm they had years ago, the same silent communication, the same perfectly timed movements, the same ability to know exactly what the other is going to do before they do it.

And that's where I'd love the story to really begin.
Two people who spent years convincing themselves they were enemies slowly realizing that maybe neither of them was ever the villain.
Two people who know each other far too well trying desperately not to fall back into old habits.
And, inevitably, the line between "I hate you" and "I never stopped caring about you" becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish.

This is definitely a rough premise, rather than a rigid plot. I'd love to develop the details together - our characters, the organization, what actually happened during the original mission, the conspiracy, the setting, and where we ultimately want the story to go.

Hello! I’m 22 and I’m looking for a rp partner who would be open to doing a long-term rp with me! I would say I’m a literate roleplay partner, though I normally mirror my partners length, but if I had to give an average it would be anywhere from 3-5 plus or minus depending on the scene and how deep we are into the rp. I’m very open and chill when it comes to responses, and I’ll try at the very least to get one response out per week because I am sometimes very busy throughout the week, but ideally I’ll be able to get one reply out every day, if not more depending on how lax my weeks are!

In this rp I would like it to be superhero themed, I would like it to be placed in either the Marvel or DC worlds but we can also make our own world too. & don’t truly mind! For our characters I thought a dynamic of a hero x spy would be fun! Where either one of us is a hero and does stuff out of righteousness and justice while a partner that was assigned to the wasn’t who they really seemed to be. I’m thinking the spy could be a villain/anti-hero undercover, I’m initially thinking the spy is undercover to just get inside information where the villain’s know exactly where and how to attack without losing too many resources.

But ! By the part where they find out the spy isn’t a true hero I’m thinking that’s where the angst fully sets in, maybe the spy has a inner crisis on wether he wants to betray the hero’s and more importantly the person they’ve been duo’ed with the entire time. This is where I’d like to start discussing with you and what roles we’d like to play! Feel free to d m me!

I SWEAR I KNOW ITS 'SOLDIER' AND NOT 'SOLIDER'. AUTOCORRECT DIDNT!

Hello hello! I hope you are all doing well this time of day. Im looking to do a roleplay revolving around the title: my character being a super solider that humanity uses to turns the tides of a battle/apocalypse. I have a couple of ideas, but as always: if you dont jive with them, but you have your own idea, we can totally do it.

Im looking for my character to play as someone stoic, cold and putting the mission first. Thus, her presence and life is controversial. The public/survivors see her as inhumane, and those that work near her are afraid that they will perish in the name of the mission. However, they also see that she is a necessity. This story can start on Earth, however i am looking for them to explore the galaxy.

I was thinking that there are two different types of enemies we can do:

* the classic aliens fighting for control and ruling the galaxy. Im thinking that the aliens are searching for an ancient relic and the humans had gotten in their way during the humans search for life.

* (Apocalypse setting) machine uprising that the humans had created and lost control of.

We would tell her story as she goes from: weapons whose purpose is only to obey and fight, to discovering the humanity she's entitled to and formulating a sense of empathy. Realizing that she is entitled to a life and that even she has a voice and her own dreams.

I have been mulling over this idea for a few days now, and I think there’s potential for it to be really fun with the right person. Before I get into specifics, I just want to introduce myself. I am someone with a lot of ideas and interests, but when I find a good partner, I love to throw myself into that story with them and focus on it. The perfect partner, in my opinion, isn’t the most experienced or incredible writer - but someone who gets excited about writing and planning the story. They also love writing nuanced and real characters, and don’t just lean into clichés. Bonus points for anyone who likes OOC chat - especially if we can gush over our characters or share songs and art that remind us of the story, or that we just like.

With all that said - the plot is quite simple. It’s about a chronically single man who needs a wedding date. This wedding is going to be a huge one, and he will be a fairly big part of it. Lots of family and old friends will be there, and he’s decided that he doesn’t want to go alone.

Because of this, he posts an advert that reads, “Wedding date wanted - good money paid for the right person.”

The roleplay will follow everything, starting with my character posting the message and your character’s reply. I think it could be really fun playing out their texting, their first meeting - potentially some shopping for a dress and suit, and finally the travel to and the wedding weekend itself.

I’m really open in terms of who your character is and how our characters’ relationship develops. I think that’s something we can enjoy working out together. One of the only things I am set on is that my character will be overweight and not conventionally attractive. Not hideous - but just not super slim and good-looking. Maybe Jonah Hill or Matty Matheson vibes.

After rumors that King Jofferey may be, Renly and Stannis Baratheon both called their banners to claim the Iron Throne. Robb Stark, driven by rage, declared himself King in the North.

The Lannisters have seen fit to send her off, under Petyr Baelish's suggestion, to the Vale, for “her own protection.” It's not doubt part of another of Littlefinger's schemes, perhaps a way to maneuver his way into Northern politics.

Yet, men plan, and the God's laugh. En route to the Gate of the Moon, Sansa's retinue is attacked by a group of bandits calling themselves the Whitetree Company.

And thus begins our tale.

After getting back into AWOIAF, I've decided to try my hand at role-playing in the setting again!

Before that, a bit about me!

-I am Rusty! 24, He/Him. Been writing for around seven years now! I'm majoring in history, which is also one of my main hobbies!

-I consider myself semi-literate! I average around 2-7 paragraphs per post, depending on the scene and context. I don't expect you to match, nor to have an English degree. I'm not picky!

-I prefer to write via Discord. If we hit it off, I'll send you it via DMs!

-I ONLY write with characters that are 18 years old or older.. All characters will be aged up as needed.

-I am 24, and I only write with people who are 18+ as well.

Now! Onto the story itself.

As the summary suggests, this is a rewrite of Game of Thrones. Basically, following the Purple Wedding, Littlefinger smuggled Sansa from King's Landing, intending to take her to the Vale. Except, there is one difference: he has her travel by land, while he goes by sea, to avoid suspicion. Unfortunately for him, Sansa's retinue is attacked by bandits, and she is captured. But rather than common bandits, she is instead captured by a group of renegade known as the Whitetree Company, fighting a guerilla campaign against the Lannisters. Their leader, a hedge knight named Roland Rivers, eventually realizes who Sansa is, and they embark on a quest to reunite her with the remaining Starks.

This is a romance focused roleplay. While this COULD be enemies to lovers, I'd rather not. Instead, I want to explore the differences in their upbringings and experiences, but also the similarities. The contrast between Roland's loud, nature, and his chivalry and compassion. Sansa's broken innocence, and her desire to have something real and honorable, etc. Obviously, there will be drama, action, etc, but I want the focus to be on Roland and Sansa's relationship.

'A zoonotic disease outbreak' that's what they told people caused all this. Some advanced form of rabies turning people into freakish monsters but as time went on, as people started to change more, a disease seemed unlikely. It only added fuel to the fire of conspiracy theories claiming it was either a foreign biological weapon or, more insane, some inside job by the elites culling the population. Others still see it as a warning from one god or another as punishment for our sins.

The true beginning, however, began in a secluded village outside the city where the outbreak wreaked havoc. A small, crack squad was sent in after rumours of disappearances and a strange sickness leaving people hideously transformed. Almost as soon as they arrived any communication with the squad ended. Who came back to spread the sickness is still a mystery.

Now sirens and screams ring through the night as people attempt to flee the city only to get caught in traffic jams despite warnings for people to remain inside. Neighbours and families turn on one another as they succumb to whatever sickness or delivery has possessed them.

Hello, hope that little intro above caught your eyes. I am looking for someone to write a zombie apocalypse RP inspired by the classic idea of a company creating some sort of horrible experiment which infects people. Clearly inspired by the likes of Resident Evil though no actual knowledge of the series is necessary especially as I would like to make something of our own as I am not really into fandom RPs. Instead of a biological outbreak perhaps this is something more supernatural.

How this plays out is pretty open. One idea I had was a sort of prologue to the outbreak with the usual expert squad investigating strange occurrences (perhaps a missing scientist or strange occultist) is a strange location. That can be the focus of the entire RP or it can go wrong resulting in the titular outbreak. These two scenarios can focus on separate characters perhaps with some jumping between perspectives and/or times. Though it definitely does not need to be that complicated. Overall I am looking for someone fairly literate who enjoys telling stories and building worlds. I try to fill a Discord chat as I feel that is the best balance between detail and reply timing.

Usually I prefer a to take a GM role providing different scenarios and characters for players to interact with. But I am open to discussing the way we play. Even when taking a GM role I am always happy to get input on the direction of the RP and what we both wish to include.

If you enjoy adding mechanics to an RP to help drive some elements of storytelling or add a little randomness then we certainly can add a simple system. Though that is not necessary.

hello! my name is seal i am 20f and im maybe a bit rusty on rping. i haven’t done it in over a year and recently i have been a bit intrigued to get back into it!

i dont really know what to consider myself as writing wise since there are times i can write paragraph upon paragraph but i can also write just a paragraph or a few lines, i kind of am flexible and cater to whoever im rping with! i usually write in third person though so please keep that in mind. i usually do oc4oc but if we have a fandom in common we can also do something with that as well if that’s what you’re interested in! i do have a couple of ideas for different plot points which include:

gamer x only wants to game because (character) plays it (the non gamer tries out the game the gamer tends to play and somehow stumbles into a game with him but acts like he doesn’t know who he is at all. i feel like the lie can build a bit of tension especially once the gamer finds out he’s been flirting [cause of course they’ve been flirting] with a close friend of his)

parent x new teacher (single parent taking his kid to the first day of school thinking it was the same ol teacher from last year but being totally thrown off by a new and much prettier face. it could be a slow burn that we discuss more details about OR the kid overhears her dad say something about how pretty the teacher is and relays the message to him the following day in class which unloads a can of worms)

Nobody believed the tales of the Marches until they were standing in the mud,watching the trees bleed black sap. For years, the court in the capital dismissed the rumors as stories meant to keep frightened children close to the hearth. The kingdom preferred to believe monsters were nothing more than ink on old parchment. But the things waiting in the dark did not care about disbelief,and they were patient enough to wait for the realm to drop its guard.

​Niobé knew exactly when she had stopped doubting those old tales. Not when her family's name was stripped of its titles, nor when the king's seal banished her house to the frozen edge of the world. It was a single day ago, when she forced open a rusted iron door  in the cellar of her family's ruined estate and stepped into a forgotten vault left by her ancestors. The parchment inside had laid out the truth of the ancient power sleeping beneath the soil, and the burden placed directly on her blood.

​Now, she had no time to ponder her family's disgrace. She was simply trying to stay alive.

​She ran through the dense pine undergrowth, her heavy velvet dress catching on thorns and tearing at the hem. The bright indigo fabric was a beacon against the grey bark and dying moss, and her unpinned red hair tangled in the branches as she shoved her way forward. A year ago she had lived a life of quiet luxury in the capital. Now her lungs burned with cold air, her ankles twisted against hidden roots, and the damp soil soaked through her boots.

Behind her, the sharp clack clack of ironshod hooves rang off the stone ridges. Her pursuer was taking his time. The rider kept a steady pace, breaking through the dense brush with the calm assurance of a man who knew his quarry had nowhere left to run. Every misstep, every ruined alliance, every secret she had unearthed had dragged her to this wet stretch of forest.

​Niobé ducked beneath a lowhanging pine branch, her fingers scraping against cold granite as she pressed her back against a mosscovered boulder. She held her breath. The heavy crunch of gravel beneath the approaching horse filled the space between the trees. She wouldn't change the choice she made in that cellar. • Our own medieval fantasy world we build together and push forward together.

My idea centres around a kingdom we build together. On the edge of that kingdom, just past an uncharted wilderness,a looming dark entity is raising an army of forgotten shadow beasts. The people of the kingdom don't really believe in this threat, and even the king's court, which has reports about this darkness, views the frontier as disposable. They send political enemies and disgraced houses there to die. Meanwhile, deep within the woods lies a hidden source of old power. Something the court would slaughter thousands to control if they knew it existed.

I would like to play an exiled noble. A keeper of local lore and secrets, maybe even someone harbouring a dangerous, hidden ability. We can work that out together, but nothing overpowered. And your character? Maybe he is the one sent after her, a commander riding out from the court, or someone else entirely. The basic idea is flexible if you have something more exciting in mind.

The keywords are: enemies to lovers, looming threat, court intrigue, epic adventure, hidden mysteries, drama, tension.

I’ve just finished watching the beastars anime and i’m completely obsessed with it and I’m looking for someone who’d be interested in building a long-term story together- now either it be a simple plot or something something we conjure together, I’m fine with either.

I write in the third person.. although i’m fine with however you write. You’ll realize, that i’m very flexible. I’m semi-lit to novella (quality over quantity), Usually several paragraphs per reply. I enjoy collaborative thinking rather than one person carrying the story the process- so you’ll see know problems spitting out any ideas that you want me to hear.

I’m also completely fine with discussing ideas before we start. Whether you already have a plot in mind or want to make one from scratch, I’m happy to brainstorm until we find something we’re both excited about. I don’t mind changing the story if we come up with a better idea halfway through either- my main goal is just to create something fun that both of us can enjoy. Hello! I am looking to do an RP that is OC x OC. I would prefer if it was FxF or MxM.

I have a few settings in mind but I do not mind other ideas all are welcomed!

Some suggestions I have:

1. Collage drama: Characters become roommates as they can't afford their own places either due to family trouble or financial issues or simply they already together I do not mind either
2. Office drama: two office workers fall in love this one I would like if it was from the perspective of the people who work in the office from those Y/N novels where the boss basically just pushes a lot of work on the employees while also being a terrible boss himself. I have more details on this specific one if asked
3. CEO plot: where two rival company heirs or current CEO in an enemy to lovers situation.
4. We can also do a martial arts story line if that is what you are interested in
5. I also have an idea for one that is a rebirth kind of deal where one charecter dies transported either into a game or book as one of the characters and now has to fix the plot can just be a regular charecter or play as the reborn charecter (Can be a real book or a fake book. If you did choose a real book then I do not mind doing the research if you choose a real game or book though that is within reason.)
6. I also like Ace attorney so if someone wants to do OC in that world do not mind and in that one is the only exception where I would role play the actual characters in it depending on the pairing.
   

I really would like to discuss and expand on these ideas together these really are just bases but I am welcome to suggestions. Also I would like it if you where open to playing more than one charecter to make the world feel more alive.

Now onto some other equally important things to note before you make the decision if you really want to RP with me these are important.

1. I live in PT (Pacific time) I do not mind others who live in other areas, within reason as I am often up late and early anyways but should be discussed before anything is agreed to to make sure our time zones wont be an issue. So please if you DM me please add your time zone in there.
2. Also I am in collage but am mainly free during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. For the rest of the week when I do technically have school some days I might only be able to message 2 or 3 times a day while others I can give 5 responses it really just depends on my schedule and length of responses.
