Quick Update
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Strafe, Handles I may need to dial in the bloom for the strafe battles make bullet spread more horizontal.
Currently tracking is hard on Mouse and keyboard on strafe, may be two difficult on mouse and keyboard. Users will require to dance and be patient and duck dip dive and roll.
Haven't slept much but I wanted to make buttons multi use like on controllers tap and hold for multiple things makes it easier on my hands. Right click is crouch hold to dive, and etc 4-5 buttons max and Just timing is big currently
created a Demolition Map - with the map editor its quick and responsive but needs to be fine tuned .... everything needs fine tuning... Planning to launch soon on itch.io or steam playlets soon but have to fix mini things like the lag on game start that will cause small build up of frustration.
Game dev is no joke but a addicting cigarette

Wouldn’t be easier to take the games and try to put it in unreal engine ? Like you would’nt have to redo everything by 100% ? (Sorry noob questions probably)

I'm curious to know the tech stack. This looks very impressive.

building it in Godot 4.7, mostly with GDScript. Multiplayer uses Godot’s ENet networking with an authoritative headless server, while Supabase/Postgres handles accounts, community maps, matchmaking, loadouts, and saved results.

Appreciate the effort but this is like the 6th attempt to "remake" Socom. My two cents, too much bounce in the walk.

I have been trying to animate this to more swagger on the shoulders been proving difficult. The biggest tackle is having events read in the servers

Nades need to look more natural like s2 as opposed to the way they throw in combined assault or s3

My two cents... team up with one of the other projects. Unless you're just doing this for fun? Said it before but I'll say it again. One person might be intelligent enough to make a game in 2026 but it will take a group of you brainiacs to come together to make an actual product that has a chance. Good luck regardless of your choice
