Turn 1 Cap V

If you are on turn 1 and happened to roll up a cap V leader who is 18 years old, with maxed INT what would you put him in charge of?

Depends on the other leaders you have. My top choice would probably be Economic Council, followed closely by Military and Model Design.

Later in game he'd go in Applied Science.

Yeah I agree, I guess early on he'll be over specc'ed for the council roles you'll have but you'll reap the benefits further down the playthrough.

OP - I'd suggest watching Strategos "Shadow Empire Academy" videos on leaders, if you haven't done so already, it's really helpful when deciding where to place your best leaders.
