Missing Transfer Information (But It's Not Missing)

Hey y'all, anyone else having a similar issue?

I bought a rugged obsidian 9 earlier this month and the process will not proceed past 'registration'

I keep getting this automated email from SilencerShop that tells me I'm missing my registration information, but when I go to my profile and check, it tells me that I have completed entering my registration junk.

I have been trying to get ahold of customer support for like, over a week at this point and haven't gotten through to them after about 3 hours of being on hold and several emails.

The only 'response' I've gotten is from their funny little AI Hiram, which has proven to be profoundly useless.

Was your previous purchase with a trust?

I always got a single shot trust then recently purchased a b&t. The new system wouldn’t finish until I purchased a single shot trust or had silencershop change my account to be as individual.

Yeah, before this I had done a single shot for an SBR and a suppressor.

I don't really want to wait the extra couple of weeks for a single shot since this suppressor was for a project I was really excited for.

...and I might be a little stubborn about not wanting to be forced to buy something that I feel like I'm being forced to do.

This is the same issue I had. Call them and they will fix it, they are waiting for you purchase a single shot trust. It defaults to trusts after you purchase one. I sat there for about a week a year ago, called and she straightened it out over the phone. I have not had the issue since.

I'm gonna try and muster the energy to sit around and wait on the line tomorrow.
