Coverage & Signal Spectrum sucks ass

Imagine this dogshit company being used holy shit why is it that my warranty i got on my phoen has not only increased the time of fixing it from when i didnt have the warranty now there saying its MY fault my 3 month old used maybe like fucking an hour a day maybe maybe 2 max and its already dying in under an hour at full charge and has heating issues. yo spectrum if you cant follow your warranties and you have on of the worst rated internets say bye bye

That’s why I always get first party plans through apple, Samsung, google etc.

Whether it’s Spectrum or any other company for that matter, I’m not that surprised at your bad experience with making a warranty claim for device repair. Otherwise, the only warranty/repair program I’ve found that is pretty decent is Apple Care.

AT&T Has a good deal 25.00/line (I think it’s a minimum of 4 lines ) I might check into it and be Done with Spectrum

If you are having issues with your mobile phone, your warranty is from the manufacturer.. not spectrum. The only way spectrum would cover issues is within the first 14 days (return period) anything after that has to go through the manufacturer or if you pay for insurance through the insurance company via a claim. This is how it works for ALL carriers not just spectrum.

The MANUFACTURER of the phone provides the warranty, not Spectrum.

Spectrum told us at the store every employee and manager said to call the store so we did and they quite litteraly told us we will tend you a box for yoyr phone in the next 4-5 weeks...

Adding more to this. Spectrum internet for everyone that I talk to in my area has been very fucking spotty and some days just not working for 6 hours of the day and data has been randomly taking over and disabling my internet so I normally use 1gb of data a month maybe 3-4 on the months im going somewhere but this month I've used 40???? And all of it is on apps I only use at home... interesting
