I haven't tried any so far. I'm thinking of getting nostril rings or a septum ring and double hoops on both ears, what do you think? I'm not sure what to get.

I wear a size 0, considering going up to 00, but I also have very narrow lobes and most jewelry feels far too wide. I'd love to find minimal thin gold saddles that are narrow, like 4-6mm, does anyone know of someone who might make these? It's strange that wearable measurement isn't customizable at this point..

I live in New Zealand and am quoted $5000 for repair, which is absolutely absurd. TYIA!

hello i’ve currently been dead stretching with glass plugs and with in between sizes. my right ear has been stretching like butter but my left has been giving me issues since the very first stretch. right now it’s genuinely pissing me off because i’ve been stuck on 5g (4.5mm) for what it feels like 6 months and i’ve already had a bloody blowout trying to size up to 4g (5mm) so i’m sure it’ll happen again if i force it. i’ve been trying to wear weighted hoops with a 4.5mm gauge to help slowly stretch it but it still will not size up!!!! any recommendations?

Titanium Clickers, I believe 2 at 12g 14mm diameter and 2 at 14g 12mm diameter. My conch is 2g, I don’t know if my math is mathing but they all fit comfortably
Left picture is alternating small, big, small big. Right is small small big big

21mm, just sized up with no pain or resistance, been sleeping naked the whole time I was at 20mm. I can see the lobe all around the plug when it's in, but when I remove the plug my holes are stretching in an oval and the bottom looks a little thinner than the rest of the edges. Am I able to continue to my goal size of 25mm or should I size down for a while and massage and hope it thickens more?

I got these post earring converters so I could wear my studs while I size up
They hang a little funny because of the tunnel length but I'm overall pleased!

Around two years ago, I started stretching my ears and when I did initially, I had just bought some cheap acrylic kit like most people who are uneducated and when I did, I actually had no issues even though I was kind of rushing my stretches my lobes were really healthy and only one of them blew out because I was just rushing that one a lot more and it was my problem ear, but I never had any issues with the acrylic in general it was kind of just user error that one time. The only reason I switched to glass this time around is because it’s been two years since I last stretched and people keep telling me that it’s better for you and just makes the process easier/lesser chance of blowouts and since one of my ears blew out (completely on me) I was just like why not I’ll buy the expensive kit so I bought a kit of plugs from urban body Jewelry made of glass and they’re fine except there are a lot longer than the acrylic that I used to have in my ears and I’m also noticing it’s a lot heavier and my lobes are kind of sensitive so I thought the glass would be better for my sensitive ears, but I’m a side sleeper, and every time I sleep on my side, I can feel the end of the glass plug poking into my jaw and my head. It’s just kind of uncomfortable and more bulky to lay on as opposed to the acrylic, which is a lot lighter, even though it is kind of bulky I’ve never had any issues where my ears were painful in the past whenever I stretch. But bc the glass is heavier I am experiencing some discomfort. Even when the length of it isn’t digging into my head, just the glass pressing against my ear while I lay down hurts, and my lobes were completely fine and healthy/healed before starting this. the glass is just heavier on my lobes so when I do sleep I just feel like it does more damage to my ears. I’m not really sure what to do? is glass even safe to sleep in I heard from multiple people it is and multiple people do sleep in their glass plugs when they’re stretching but some people say no. I’m only at 10 gauge and eight gauge so I can imagine it only gets more uncomfortable when I get to a bigger gauge. I used to be a two gauge from the acrylic plugs that I used, againI never had any issues. I just wanted to be more educated this time. Should I just keep using a glass and just get over it because most of the glass plugs I’ve looked at are very long as well and maybe my lobes are just not as thick as everyone else’s? Or should I switch back to acrylic since I had no issues I’m not really sure what to do and feel kind of defeated because I have a headache from the glass like digging into my head while I sleep. that might be unrelated, but I don’t know it’s kind of just uncomfortable altogether. I don’t wanna take my gauges out at night because my ears stretched back pretty quickly. Not sure what to do.
Photo in the comments of the exact plugs/kit I’m using

Just wanted to share my 2 and a half year stretching journey! I found that I am perhaps on the less-stretchy side and I used half sizes for every stretch. I could see myself maybe going to 00 or larger after this, but 0g was my goal size so I’m pretty happy. Now to buy a bunch of jewelry to celebrate :D

Been dead stretching for about 6 months and somehow already made it 00g. Started at 14g and every 2-4 weeks I’ve gone up a size. Last night I was cleaning my plugs and lost one of them but realized my ears already looked healed and felt very stretchy so with minimal effort I went to the last size in my kit and I couldn’t be happier!
Now that I’m here my next goal is probably an inch but once I switch these plugs out for tunnels I’ll see how I’m feeling. Pretty sure I have EDS cos I haven’t seen anyone else stretch this fast without fucking up their ears so I guess I just got lucky.

for when you want to flex your lobes lol
edit: lmao they're tunnels, not plugs - had a minor brain fart :p

TL;DR- pretty much the title, can I get my 12g lobe pierced to a 10g to fix scarring issue
So my right ear (the problem ear) has been stuck at 12g since March. While frustrating, I think I actually have a bit of scar tissue at the back opening of my piercing that may be inhibiting progress. It may have been there for a long time because I was pierced with a gun way back when or it may be my fault. I started this whole stretching thing by forcing 14g plugs into my 18g/20g holes with no lube (I was ignorant) and may well have beefed it from the start.
If I get pierced up to a 10g and let that heal properly, could that eliminate the scar tissue present? Or are the sizes too close together? Has anyone experienced this before? Advice greatly appreciated

Man. I am loving my setup. I have a goal size of 38mm. Whats everyone's goal size?!

hello, i've had stretched ears for about six years, and have been stable at 18mm for around two.
i much prefer metal jewelry, but i have noticed that despite cleaning them daily, whenever i wear my surgical steel jewelry there's always an unpleasant smell to my lobes.
this same thing doesn't happen whenever i use silicon tunnels, but since i'm not too fond of wearing those, i've come here to look for advice as to how to wear my steel plugs and care for them properly.
thank you in advance to anyone that could help!

Currently have my helix piercings at 14g and I’m thinking of going to 8g or 6g but I don’t know if I have the room for it. The bottom one seems like it would be too close to the edge of my ear and I don’t want that to happen. Just looking for second opinions on if I should keep stretching or go to a professional to handle the placement issue.

I'm looking to buy a set from Glasswear Studios, but I'm confused as to how it's all labeled
The title of the listing says "one set = pairs" but then right under it says "priced individually, must buy 2 to get a pair" And then lower down it says "you will receive a five pair" so which one's telling the truth?
If you've bought these before, how many did you get? I just don't want to buy it twice and get 2 pairs of the same size lol

First post here; Just got to 4g, goal size is about 0g-00g (for now lol)
I’m a little worried my earlobes look thin at the bottom; if anyone could tell me if they are or if I’m tripping that would be appreciated (be nice please I’m sensitive)
Side note: I think it’s funny how everyone here just says “lobes” because it reminds me of the Ferengi from Star Trek . I think quark would be proud
Sorry for the bad angles, it’s kind of hard to take photos of your ears 😭
