So this is mine. Hitler chooses Martin Bormann as the next Führer to suceed him,but of course the unsatisfied inner circle starts a civil war anyway. Bormann is victorious, putting Germany on the straight path forward. He offers concessions to the Polish Home Army, who won in the former Generalgouvernement, turning poland into a protectorate. In Ukraine,Georg Leibbrandt manages to put down the rebellions against the RK. His plan for an independent, national socialist Ukrainian National Republic would fully be realized later on. Mikhail Oktan wins out in Moskowien, taking power as Reichsprotektor. In Ostland, either Stahlecker or Drechsler wins,or they get invaded.
Lunde wins in Norway. The government manages to hold out in the UK,and the Ideologues take over. The British revolution is steered in John Bean's national syndicalist direction.
The Government of National Salvation manages to beat out the rebels in Serbia, and Momćilo Dujić becomes the new leader.
A limited victory for the pakt happens in South Afrika, with the country being split between the Volkstaat and OFN. Madagascar isn't that relevant, german victory or rebels.
A 2nd Irish Civil War breaks out between the hardliner government and IRA. The government wins, and joins the Einheitspakt.
Bormann decides to ally himself with the reformist faction against the militarists, who he thinks would plunge the whole world into a war which would see his Reich destroyed. As he balances the factions like a house of cards, eventually he manages to purge these militarists from the government and Wehrmacht.
In Foreign Policy a detente with the Empire of Japan is seen as the most rational option,as opposed to the Americans who want to destroy National Socialism. In America,Phillip Hart would be elected, who ironically seeks the same thing. The Empire is sure to benefit from playing these 2 powers against each other.
But Bormann soon find out that the reformists are also plotting to overthrow him,and together with his loyalists organizes a Second Night of the Long Knives,a gargantuan purge not before seen. Now with total power,he pursues his policies fully. (He manages to do every part of the German Golden Age tree). But he makes some massive mistakes. He institutes state atheism and shuts down churches, promotes polygamy, smoking, and other excesses, which infuriates the populations of the German Reich and Pakt alike. In France, the Technocrats win the elections, but are later overthrown in a coup by the Milice Francaise under Joseph Darnard. Together with Germany, they invade the Burgundian state after it collapses into civil war. The Burgundian invasion is reversed, while the rest of Burgundy is annexed into the Reich. An unbreakable European Monroe Doctrine.
With the massive sucess of Großraum Kontinentaleuropa and the abolition of slavery,Bormann feels invincible, the brown kaiser on top of it all,but he doesn't realize the fury that his people have built up against him for his cultural policies and purges, which would only need a small spark to light up...
And it arrived. The Oil Crisis. The economy of the Pakt suffered a recession, many people's savings went up in smoke, and who better to blame than the government? Massive protests would break out across the Reich.
For the Oil Crisis wars,Germany would be victorious in Iraq and Iran, while baathist revolutions would have taken over Palestine,Jordan, and Syria, forming a sexy United Arab Republic with Iraq.
And as Reichsminister Hewel was murdered by a communist splinter group, and Bormann would find out he is mortal after all, being diagnosed with cancer, the Reich seemed like it might plunge into chaos.
Bormann would die in 1973,with many people openly showing disloyalty in the streets. He would be succeeded by the radical populist Theodor Oberlander. Oberlander would be quick to abolish state atheism and the promotion of polygamy as irrational and destructive decisions caused by Bormann's cancer, institute populist economic policies, and listen to the most palatable demands of the people, ending most disloyalty. His most radical idea would be the classification of the Eastern peoples as Aryan too in the future,to solve the Eastern question and ensure the survival of the empire. All this would also resecure the Reich's image as a protector of western civilization among the revolutionary right, especially contrasted by someone like Hart in America.
Russia would be reunified under a communist state, and in the future there may be a second war against Bolshevism,as a true pan European affair,if Oberlander is successful.
And dusk falls on the new order..

A recente thought came across my mind, How would more narrative based Japanese games, like resident evil, final Fantasy 7 and even metal gear, change in TNOTL's Japan?
I feel like They would be more limites narrative wise due to authoritarianism

This game was really strange. What happened was that the state that unified Western Russia launched a mission to conquer Onega but ended up losing; instead of being conquered, Onega actually took over the entire Western Russia region. Then, the Russian state that had unified Western Siberia attacked Onega/Finland, leading to an endless war that resulted in over 700,000 deaths on their side, whereas Finland had fewer than 100,000. When my chance to break came the invasion of the rest of Russia began, the cities were undefended because the enemy army was in tatters; ultimately, Finland had the highest war participation score and annexed that entire section of Russia, leaving me unable to conquer the territory and complete the unification.

As the title suggests, I'm looking for the gamerules that I should add to ensure the biggest possible sphere Iberia can get in the Dark Continent.
I know that, for starters, France must win the West African War and the American Reconstruction must fail - which leads to them entering the Iberian Economic Sphere during the negotiations.
That being said, I've got some questions to truly Iberiamaxx:
- What's the best scenario for the West African War? (FMA VS PALF - WAA VS PALF - FMA VS WAS VS PALF)
- After the West African War ends, and France gets their victory, what sides should be supported in the Chadian Civil War and Cameroonian Collapse?
- If the Red Poppy Movement wins during the Burgundian Collapse, is it annexed into France proper? - if so, is a certain leader necessary for that or any Free French Government is good?
- Between the French Civil War and Peaceful Reunification, what's the best option?

I get burgundy falling apart after it is incompetent enough to not being able to wipe out the schemers. But when it does, how is it possible that a revolt fires anyway? Without any structual command for a revolt. And burgundy being structured for it to be impossible for any kind revolt. Always being put down at the slighest sign of being misdirected. It's one of the biggest misteries I have of this game.

I tried to spam my militia and while i did manage to push far enough in, at some point i just... run out of everything, mostly men tho.
so i tried to make some tank/APC division but didn't really get far because i didn't have the industry for it (only managed to pop 3 units, everyone else suffered cause i couldn't produce enough guns)
2 of my research slots go to infantry reserach and 1 to industry/research.
thinking of spamming elite infantry and CAS this time and hope that my infantry can shoot down their planes.
bonus question: what's the prio when it comes to regional development? i am focusing on anything that gives stability because PP gain is just terrible.

Every game the shield just quickly collapses and South Africa gets a total victory, no matter if i dont play Germany or try to win it, OFN just stomps the shield, so, how do I win?

In 1940, as a result of a German invasion, the nation of Belgium was once again under the boot of Berlin. Yet, unlike in the Great War, liberation would never come. The Belgian exiles, fleeing through any avenue possible, whether to Bordeaux, Gibraltar, or Lisbon, would eventually crawl forth to London.
From Britain, Commander Jean Baptiste Piron and Lieutenant General van Strydonck would help organize the Piron Brigade or the Belgian Brigade to assist in liberating Belgium. Along with this, Hubert Pierlot, Paul-Henri Spaak, Camille Gutt, and Albert De Vleeschauwer would help form the Belgian Government in Exile, bringing some political weight behind the idea of a free Belgium.
Inside occupied Belgium, various resistance groups of Marxist to Ultraconservative belief would begin the hopeless fight against their occupying forces. Andrée de Jongh would be a primary figure, helping form the “Comet Line”, a refugee trail to help, hide, and escape Allied airmen in occupied Belgium. She'd eventually be captured; however, with a lack of evidence, after the war, she’d be let go, returning to Belgium to continue the fight.
When Britain fell, the government in exile faced minor casualties, and the Piron Brigade managed to flee with the British Armed Forces to Canada, but nearly all hope was lost. Along with the Congo being granted independence, the last vestiges of the concept of “Belgium” would be destroyed. Or so it seemed. The idea of "Belgium" had been through a lot. Once a rump state of the Dutch and a bypass for the German army, the Belgian people kept hope, day by day, hour by hour, regime by regime. Today and tomorrow were to be no exception.
As of 1960, with the retirement of van Strydonck, Lieutenant General J.B. Piron would become the new head of the Belgian Army in Exile, commanding his force with zeal and taking recruits from the Belgian, Dutch, and Luxembourgish diaspora. And despite the retirement of the various leaders of the Government in Exile, Paul-Henri Spaak, now Prime Minister of the government and an architect of the OFN, would continue his work building the government in exile, soon holding expatriate elections.
Meanwhile, despite the damnation of the Himmlerite regime, parcels of resistance would remain. Using the Comet Line, now crossing into Germany, ironically enough, hundreds of thousands of Belgian civilians could flee the regime, whilst Andrée de Jongh would continue the fight within Belgium, uniting the various groups remaining for an opportunity to strike at the fascists.
Baudouin of Belgium was only 9 years old when the Germans came knocking in 1940. His father, Leopold III, would send him to Spain for protection. But soon enough, he would be sent back to an offshoot castle in Brussels with his whole extended family, with German soldiers always keeping watch.
When the war ended, Leopold III would have a new role: puppeteer. With Baudouin and his family as hostages, all around the Reichskommissariat, he'd preach the need for compliance with Germany. In exchange, he'd gain favors, from lessened oversight to better rations. Alexander von Falkenhausen, the military governor of Belgium, would soon even pardon the paramilitary rebel group “National Royalist Movement”, with their Leopoldists becoming integrated in the Belgian Reserve Army.
For years, as Baudouin would be under the round-the-clock protection of German troops, in a now German-owned castle eating German food and having to learn German, he’d make up his mind. When the West Russian War came, and the Himmerlite Putsch, he and his family would have to flee to Germany. Baudouin ran off from the trail at the first opportunity presented. It was on this trip that he finally stepped out of the palace; he got to see the brutality of the Nazi regime and its cost to the Belgian people. Leopold III would soon become head of the 2nd Belgian Government in Exile, this time in Berlin. Falkenhausen would help Leopold gain some legitimacy and would share command with the Belgian Reserve Army. But, as soon as Leopold escaped, Himmler's SS forces would be on the prowl. A rogue SS battalion would ambush and kill Leopold III and extensive parts of his extended family due to his possible opposition to the new SS state of Burgundy. The 25-year-old Baudouin would be on his own, both stateless and fatherless.
Managing to flee initial searches with the chaos of the Putsch and West Russian War, he'd slowly forge his way through Germany, hopping from town to town and discovering old friends. Eventually, months into hiding, he'd discover the reimagined Comet Line, now as an underground railroad to help those under Nazi rule to escape to the OFN. Moving through Germany, to occupied France, then finally to Spain, where he'd hitch an oil tanker to Venezuela and finally escape Fascism for good by reaching the United States of America. Baudouin would be the talk of the year, the king who fled Nazi Germany on his own and lived to tell the tale. Coronated as King of Belgium, he and the exiles would reignite an old feeling, one trampled on but not destroyed, of hope.
Belgium remains in spirit, landless as it may be. General Piron's Elite force of the Piron Brigade, with its stateless status, is at the forefront of OFN armed interventions, vanguarding in conflicts around the globe with hopes of preventing another disaster like that of their homeland. Underground, Andrée de Jongh and her newfound confidant of the Marxist Raoul Baligand and moderate Edmond Leburton would continue to organize the resistance, preparing for such a time to strike the Burgundian System.
Outside, in Canada, King Baudouin and Spaak continue to organize the Government in Exile while helping a new class of diaspora for a possible reconquest of Belgium and reformation of their state.
And, even in Nazi Germany, another force is growing. Made up of Belgian diaspora kept within Germany, led by the pragmatic Commander Lucien Lippert, the Belgian Reserve Army continues to coordinate with the Reich for a possible invasion of the Burgundian State. Commander Lippert himself used to be the head of the Wehrmacht's Walloon Legion, but soon came to be superseded by a more fervent and maniacal Léon Degrelle. Coming to resent and loathe the butcher of Wallonia, he and his army stand ever prepared to strike and retake Belgium should the time arise.
And every day, although the dream of Belgium gets dimmer, the path to a Belgium is being made.

Last original idea I had in the tank and managed to finish it right as I started feeling total burnout from doing this every 2-4 days whether its mostly TNO or Suzerain. I won’t be making any more comics for a while, but to all of you who read them, thanks for reading!

I was wondering if the phone line cable connecting the US to Ireland still exists in the TNO timeline, considering Ireland is part of the Pakt. Maybe it would be sent through Iberia instead. It's interesting to think about how technological standards may change in TNO considering the world is less interconnected.

Was playing Iberia and this gem popped up.
How rare is this, they went right Kemalist after winning the Italo-Turkish War and then became liberal.
Extra question, what do you think is the role of Erdal İnönü in Turkey's nuclear program, as a nuclear scientist and the literal son of İsmet İnönü, is he Turkey's Oppenheimer, except for the fact that his dad handed him an infinite wallet?

I always found the crazy nazi trophy hunter a really interesting character in the game. I feel like he represented a very interesting insight at a thoroughly corrupt head of a colony and I am interested to see where he will land once Yippie! comes and changes Africa. Will he switch over to being a soldier of fortune in Africa's many crises (probably mainly Congo like in the OTL)? Will he find employment in the Reich proper? Will he join and/or attempt to coup WerBell's mercenary empire in Russia? Will he just keep on hunting all sorts of stuff and lose his status as a political player? I feel like there are a number of things that could happen but am not sure if anything in particular was confirmed.
