Season 7 Everyone got it wrong Spoiler

Lots of people said that Seth got fired for lying. Well they are wrong. He wasn't fired for lying, he was fired for refusing to do a blood test. He was already going to get fired for refusing the blood test, whether he was telling the truth or not
